This was the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had. In person and over the phone.Called for 3 hours and couldn’t be connected to anyone.Showed up at the bank and the staff was rude to start out talking to me like I was a child. Then they told me they couldn’t help with my Bank of America credit card because I didn’t have a checking account. When asking how I was supposed to pay my balance they told me to call customer service. I HAD JUST TOLD THEM I SPENT 3 HOURS AND COULNT GET PAST THE DUMB BOT.They then said “look it is this easy. Give me your card”. They called the customer service number, asked for my social in front of other people in line, then BLASTED my credit card balance and remaining line of credit at a volume the whole bank could hear. They then said “see it’s that easy” and hung up the call.I clearly pointed out that the call they just made to the customer service line didn’t help me understand how to pay my card or how to contact a living breathing human for help. They looked at me like I was stupid and said “well, I don’t know how else to help if you can’t understand this”….Threatening my credit score by not allowing me to pay off my balance is disgusting. I will never do business with this institution ever again in my life and will advocate against them to my network looking for help.

I came here to cash a check and felt sized by the old pregnant white lady. I don't go around insulting people but here I go. My sister who is now a business accountant was a teller. I know the salary range. At most you're making $20 an hour. I have made more than that without an education just basic skills. And to be in that position only requires basic arithmetic and English. You don't know me or my family. I am working on becoming my own employer. And maybe you'll be working for my small business. Never size anyone. Boop.

Came in looking to apply for a credit card. Had Louie Najjar assist and help me apply for a credit card, he made the whole process very understandable and easy. Overall helped me choose the best option and I got approved.

Good luck to anyone trying to get a bank employee on the phone. I tried to call three times around 9:45am 4/15/23 no answer, and always put it back to the automated system. Glad I closed my accounts. Don’t bank at Bank of America!

I went in first to see Dana Schwartz who was amazingly helpful and took the time to help me set up my Business Account.After that, a couple of days later, I had an appointment With Nicole De-Mattina who was really helpful with a positive attitude and squeezed me in as I’d missed my appointment with both of us on a busy schedule she above and beyond to meet my needs. Thank-you Ladies, I Definitely recommend.

No one ever answers the phone at the branch to even set up an apt. Online service also leaves a lot to be desired.

Would not allow my husband to make a cash DEPPOSIT into my account because I wasn’t there with him. Yes, a deposit, not a withdrawal, a deposit! Typical policy for them.

Nicole the personal banker is the best in the Universe! She was knowledgeable in various areas of banking, so I was able to open my business account because of her knowledge base. Also, she was extremely friendly and professional. Mark the Manager and Jered the personal banker were phenomenal with their customer service and they spoiled me with snacks and beverages. I recommend everyone to come to this location for their banking needs.

My fiancé and I went there today and opened a checking account, the Lady that helped us was Nicole, super nice and very professional, would highly recommend!!!
