Every time I come into this location everyone is super friendly and quick to make sure I'm taken care of. I love that they actually care about customers, unfortunately it's not like this everywhere you go, but I greatly appreciate it here at this bank.

The branch on Main Street is now closed due to the current situation and i have been trying to get into my safe deposit box for over a week now. I call the branch. Sent email to branch representatives and even called the other two Mooresville Branch locations but they are not answering the phones either. Finally got someone in the Huntersville branch to assis me. However the email address given to me the set up a safe deposit Appointment is apparently not working either. Thank you for the over 50 years of Service. Would have been nice to have gotten a call or email the that Only the Mooresville Main Street Bank of America Office was closing.

It would be it would be a good place to open up a bank in downtown Mooresville They open at 9 am and close at 4 pm. At least open up on Saturday for a few hours to make up for the time they aren’t there
