They only have one notary on staff, which the manager thought was funny. Unprofessional. Extremely slow staff, that like to waste time and chit chat while people are waiting. Be prepared to spend well over 30 minutes to do just about anything, even if there is only one or two people in line.

Nice people. BOA are now always having their tellers push their products, i.e. Credit cards, loans, or their mobile app. They also are always reminding me that they have a drive through ATM that can do what the tellers are doing. It seems as though they (the tellers) are shooting themselves in the foot long term by having the machines eventually take their job. They've gone from 3-4 tellers to about 2. Jill the banker is nice and not pushy. I feel bad for the tellers though. I just want to make my transaction and get out of there! Luckily I can do most of my banking elsewhere. Lastly, this bank has a lot of years in it. Might be time for a fresh coat of paint.
