Delivery suppose to arrive between 11 and 3. Around 2:20 I called and was placed on hold. Lady come back and says there was an hold up at one location so they will be there at 310 or 320. She was wrong Michael called me at 310 to say they were 40 mins away. I was upset and called to speak to manager to express my dissatisfaction. I should have been notified not me calling and then being told. My time is just as valuable as anyone else. So Ashley who made it clear she was the owner daughter and I exchange some words and apparently she felt the need to hang up on me. I wanted to speak to manager of store but she kept insisting I speak to delivery manager. Definitely bad customer service and like I told her I don't care about you being owner daughter. If she can't deal with customer concerns or don't care to hear them out she don't need to answer phones or deal with customers. Been a customer for years and glad I only had this happen once. I sure hope other customers is treated with more respect from Ashley the owner daughter!

When I purchased my merchandise 3years ago I noticed my product that I took out of the box was damaged the owner said take a picture I did he gave me the option of getting a replacement or he would cut the price and I cut the price and every time. I came into the store he would ask if my husband and me had any issues with my grill , My husband and I loved the way every one is friendly and the fact they stand a ? percent behind their merchandise.

I love this store, they were so helpful in helping me choose a couch and with the whole experience. I have to say in my 51 yrs. I haven't come across that many stores that have good customer service but Badcock in Mooresville is one of those great stores. I have recommended this store to all my friends and family. A special Thank you to Hana, Tonya, Pam, Luis and Michael. Thank you guys soooo much !!!

I order a new couch online and in a few days was contacted by the nearby store when it would arrive and then called again when it arrived. Two men loaded on my trailer for me, and I was on my way home. This couldn't have been a better shopping experience. Excellent !!!Thank You

Do not purchase from this store. They never return calls never update anything. I've place an order over a month ago for replacement Cushions the manager never returns phone calls staff never relays the message they hang up on you whe you call back they don't answer. I've had to drive up there multiple times. We paid extra from the warranty we paid extra for the cleaning can't get anything done. They have said I've Been late when i was a month ahead on my bill. Staff is rude can't ever answers questions but expect you to pay for something you can't use. GO SONEWHERE ELSE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE BIGGEST MISTAKE WE HAVE EVER MADE
