I absolutely can not say enough wonderful things about this store location. My battery was going bad in November 2022, it was a freezing day outside and I have one of the poorest designs to put in a battery. I purchased a Duralast 3 year warranty battery from this store and Store Manager Brandon Lapointe spent the time in the freezing cold to put my battery in. On Sunday Feb 2024, my battery died for no reason. I went to Autozone on McCelland Ave in Mooresville and the guy right from the start seemed unhelpful, he quickly placed tester on there said there was no way he was installing a new one even under warranty and told me battery tested normal. Something in my gut told me to drive a little further back to this Autozone on River highway. Brandon was there and I knew it was him right away. Him and other employee were so helpful and friendly and tested my battery and determined it was in fact bad and cell went bad. Brandon replaced my new battery again absolutely no questions asked. It is so clear to see how much he loves his job and helping people. I will continue to come back again and again!

Newer employee and his manager were very helpful. Suggested quality wiper blades and installed them for me. Came in at 4:45 on 1/30/24. Thank you for your help. Sorry I didn’t get your names!

Came there today to purchase some filters on my car. When I called they said they can do all 3 when I got there was told they can only do 2 which is crazy because when I went there 2 months ago they did all 3 for my other vehicle similar model. The fact that they like to pick and choose what they will and won't do for certain people it's kind of mind bottling to me

Had a rear light out on my 2011 CRV, stopped in here around 8pm on 9/13, super helpful staff member Jaevon helped me remove the back panel, identify the bad bulb, then went in and found the right replacement bulb ($7) rang me up and then installed the bulb and also verified it was working as I sat in my car. All of this in under 10 minutes! Great experience and attn: management - give Jaevon a raise!! thanks

After reading the below rating I felt compelled to leave my own review. I have always had good customer service. Seen the employees at Auto zone in many locations changing a variety of parts on cars in bad weather for all people. This is a FREE SERVICE they provide “try that at an auto shop”! America wake up and quit allowing people to destroy businesses with fictitious ratings like below. They changed two of the filters so by that alone I doubt they discriminated against anyone. Remember when reviewing this is a parts store that goes the extra mile even when they are busy . These employees are not licensed mechanics and may not always be able to help you. Very few places still do this because of people like the below. Thank you Autozone employees for continuing great customer service despite an ungrateful nation! Let’s all put an end to unwarranted reviews and save bad reviews for places it’s needed!

Awful experience. I went in for a return and first the lady looked at my spark plugs and went to type in the receipt and said she couldn’t do it because she couldn’t read the last few numbers. I told her I have an account you can look it up that way and she refuses to do so…. I was able to figure out the faded numbers and went back 10 mins later. The manager guy looks at the spark plugs and tells me they look like they’ve been used 100,000 miles. I never used them I ended up getting a new car so that’s impossible. I went to an auto zone in Statesville and the guy looked at the return plugs and completed my transaction with no problem. This store needs better staff!

I was getting a car wash across the street when my car wouldn’t start as I was going to leave due to a bad battery. I went across the street to Auto Zone and was treated very awesome and welcoming by John, Jay and Patrick… I received some Outstanding customer service from John M. who went above and beyond to get me all straightened out and back on the road! Thank you! Highly recommend this place for any car inconvenience that may happen around the area. Ask for one of these guys and they will get you right.

I stopped in on my way to work to have a brake light replaced. I was greeted with a smile. They took care of changing out the light in less than 10 minutes, and the gentleman thanked me for my business when I left. I will definitely be back.

Helpful and very knowledgeable staff! Spoke with Brandon on buying parts for my car. Pointed me in the direction of the right parts and saved me a ton of money. Was able to diagnose my vehicle based on a plethora of hidden knowledge that I didn’t even know! All staff is knowledgeable and most are up to date on modern vehicles such as my 2019 Explorer 3.5TT. I appreciate having knowledgeable experts in their own right to turn to when I can’t afford the service center!

New to Moorseville, but this will be my go to place for auto parts! The guy provided exceptional customer service. I needed oil, and a filter so my boyfriend could change our oil. The person that checked me out initially couldn’t find my rewards (we had just bought a battery the week before). So instead of giving me the cold shoulder he walked all the way out to the car, verified the battery was indeed from them, and then went through a couple more steps to make sure he found my boyfriend in the rewards system! Then he wasn’t just trying to sell me on something I didn’t need, he gave me my different options (since you save more when you buy more) and of course I took that route. He even got the products for me, and made sure it was added to my rewards. I walked back in because my boyfriend decided to get the other supplies for our other vehicle, and the other employee did the exact same thing! Great customer service, great prices, and VERY knowledgable! So glad our local Auto-parts store is professional and friendly!
