Don't park near a red truck- an employee named James drives the truck and slammed his door into our car while I was sitting in it. Normally as long as the person apologizes I don't care. However, he decided to walk into the store and ask my partner if that's his car and said "don't park like that next to my truck" while running away, rolling his eyes, and speeding off before anyone could really talk to him. For the record- We have pictures of how we were parked. Completely in our lines. It's not our fault that he carelessly decided to slam his door into our car. Nobody was shocked by this behavior because I guess it's common for James to act like this. So just a heads up to all customers- If James still works there and you see a red truck- don't park remotely near it because he'll just fling his door into your car enough to shake the whole car. Also don't ask him for help considering he clearly doesn't care about his job to treat customers with respect.
Update- I see magically someone claims James is such a nice and helpful person. But even others that we have spoke to directly have bad things to say about him. Not just us but okay- maybe Shawn actually got through to his employee ??♀️

Took daughters car in due to not starting. Guy checked battery and said it was bad. Bought a new battery but due to type of car and where the battery was located, they couldn’t put it in. Paid a mechanic to install new battery and brought the old battery back to AutoZone for core refund WHEN I noticed date on old battery 05/22 WHICH MEANS current battery is less than 2 years old. Same guy was helping me and I made a comment about the date so he checked it again. BATTERY GOOD at 85%! Very disappointed! $300 plus that my daughter really can’t afford!
