I went there today and left very unsatisfied, outside wash was ok so I give it a 2 star rating but the inside horrible. They guys were friendly however their training or lack of is evident. I added the extra $15 for extended vacuum. What a joke, plus they barely wipes the inside down. I should kept my $55 and had my 12 yr old do it. She atleast would have wiped the inside down. Unfortunately I do not recommend this location, I should have read the reviews.

I got the exterior special. I waited 30 minutes in my car for someone to put tire shine on my tires. Takes 3 guys to vacuum one car and this other kid I watched spray one window. The same window 8 time in 20 minutes. I have no words for what trash service. Finally someone came to my truck. Whipped down the truck gave me a thumbs up and walked off. Never did my tires. Go spend your money elsewhere for a car wash.

This is the third time of going to this location only to be terribly disappointed. This time I spent $50 and when they gave me my car back there was still dirt on the floor, smudges all over the rear view mirror, and the cup holders were filthy. The staff was very kind and came back to wipe out the cup holders but never, ever again. They seemed very rushed but small things like mirrors and cup holders should be on the checklist.

I should've read the reviews. But my son used to work at two different Autobells and figured it would be done right. Paid for the highest level interior/exterior package. Not sure sure how you miss the center console but this is pathetic. And stop asking the bad reviews to go online and fill out some customer complaint form. You can't click on links in Google reviews. Train your staff better. I won't be back.
