I went in to switch from Verizon, and I got the absolute pleasure of getting to know Juan. He was very kind, very diligent, and made sure to keep my best interest in mind. He paid close attention to the large discount that I got (other employee didn’t intend on giving it to me) and made sure I was taken care of. He’s also just a pretty down to earth cool guy. The painful experience of switching from an old plan to a new one, with a new phone, was very much as graceful as it could possibly get thanks to Juan. Overall he deserves a 10/5 stars

Customer service was ecstatic. Extremely friendly employees. Needed to do an upgrade. Highly recommend Juan as he was super helpful and informative on all plan details and deals.

I walked into store and was in there for 20 mins and no one said anything to me . I understand they were with people but they could of said we will be with you as soon as possible anything . I wasn’t even acknowledged, so ultimately I left because of this poor customer service.

I walked in and i was greeted and helped right away. I was able to get in and set up my new phone plan and walk out with the phone i wanted and with the price i wanted. I also had fun talking to the sales rep about one piece as well.

Went in to upgrade my phone to the new 15 Pro the gentleman said that they have two in stock, but they only can sell it to me if they activate a new line of service…. What a joke. Been a customer for many years have six phones on my account. I’m pretty sure I’m gonna go over to Verizon or T-Mobile.

Store representative, Eli, at Mooresville, NC corporate store at 534 River Highway was great! Store would’ve gotten 5 stars, however, when calling 611 and waiting to speak with a representative to add an authorized user it was horrible!!! I understand there are many scam's going on but this process was ridiculous! Also, at this particular store I was doing business the internet was just as terrible and took forever to get our transaction completed. Eli was great and very patient and apologetic about this issue. Your employee’s at this location deserve 5 stars but AT&T ‘s process for making changes to account’s as well as the internet service at this location made me give 3 stars. Hopefully you can give your employees better tools to make this process more simple and streamlined.

Chris was Excellent. He is store manager in our small town. We were going to change to another cell phone company.....but we were offered a better price and everything was done in the store by Chris...we did not have to do anything. ATT had gone up so far after 2 years .....but they have changed our monthly price down by only 100 dollars. ATT has never been bad but it had kept going up for 2 phones. We are pleased. We kept our same phones too. I recommend ATT

Great experience. Everyone who worked there seemed happy and the whole place had a nice vibe. Mike J is hands down the nicest and so knowledgeable! We switched from Verizon and the process was insanely smooth with his help. Highly recommend this store!!

Mike was truly phenomenal! Kind, helpful and patient, beyond knowledgeable as well. It's experiences like this that are a few and far between. Makes me feel fully confident that our switch from Verizon to AT&T was a good decision. Thank you again!!

Can't get the help needed. Sorry I signed up for this service. They kept calling my child instead of my number about the bill. Then want to penalize us. Can't wait until this contract ends. No one willing to help.
