Today, August 1, 2024, I spoke with Ms. Kim Sprague who was polite, courteous and patient. I had many questions to which Ms. Sprague answered without hesitation. She was informative and provided meaningful options.
This was not the first time I needed her help, and each time she was pleasant and knowledgeable.
I am happy to say that Ms. Sprague is an asset to this State Farm Insurance family.

I’ve been a State Farm customer for several years. Best insurance company I’ve had in over 50 years as a driver. I also have a RV policy and renters insurance. Awesome customer service and no issues. I recommend highly.
