I needed a few repairs to my engagement ring, and the entire team at Alexander Zachary Jewelers got involved to ensure it turned out perfectly! From explaining the process, being patient with my MANY questions, giving me options, and keeping me updated on the progress, they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. Plus, they were able to make the repairs swifter than the quoted time frame, and that goes a long way for me! The owners were incredibly kind and always greeted me by name. I highly recommend them!

I came to this place to add brackets to watch gold bracelet. These brackets was where before and was taken off because of wrist size many years ago in Russia, it was done in 20 minutes, for $20, bracelet was polished and returned to me while I was finishing my cigarette. Now...what happened here, in the US in our days....I came to Alexander Zachary not because of his experience, not because of reviews, but just walk-in jewelry store to do very very simple job. First of all, everyone was very nice (American customer service...you know..), anyway Mr. Bill (I believe he is the owner) took this bracelet looked at at and said it will take up to 2 weeks to fixed it (you must be kidding, right ?), when I asked him how much it would cost, he said that he doesn't know yet and I will get a call with an estimate in the next days...(really ???). OKAY. waiting...2 weeks pasted, as you assumed I didn't hear a word from them, I called asking them what's going on, the lady on the phone told me that Mr. Bill as busy now and will return my call ASAP...never happened. 2 days later I called again, same story my call never being returned. So, I stopped by next day, they starting calling somewhere asking about my thing (god damn...really? why not 3 weeks ago???!!!!) so, finally I've found the price $160 (UNBELIVEBLE). So, we know the price but job is still wasn't done yet, I asked them how much longer I should wait, they said 3 more days, so in 3 days it wasn't done also...long story short, I've got it back, they did awful job, I paid $178 (full price with taxes). It took 3 weeks. Please stay away from this place, this is not how business must be done. They smile you, but not working for you. Worst experience ever. Very costly, very unprofessional, not accurate. Do not use them.

A wonderful and personable experience at this pleasant jeweler. They are so nice and helpful, and it’s a delight to shop their collections. But the best service is the incredible job they do with a simple watch battery change. I bring my neglected old piece in and they return a super clean, nearly new looking, fully working timepiece. And for just $8! I’m thrilled to rate Zachary Jewelers with five Google stars.

We are in NC from FL because my hubby’s mom is very ill. My wedding and engagement rings were so dirty and today was the first time in days we haven’t spent the entire day in a hospital, so we went to lunch. Next to where we ate is Alexander Zachary Jewelers. I popped in and they were so friendly and helpful. They cleaned my rings, which are now gorgeous! They also took time to let me try on a ring I saw, even though they knew I wasn’t there to purchase anything. It was a small but very special break in a very stressful week. They took time with me, made me feel welcomed and I’ll definitely stop in next time we are in town. Thanks for the lovely moment!

This was my 1st in this jewelry store. I was referred by Paula Starr she highly recommended them. I was not disappointed at all. This is the most beautiful place I have been in, in a long time. The employee's are all Absolutely Amazing. The door greeter was the icing on the cake. I do not usually leave ratings but felt compelled to because of my experience with Bill at Alexander Zachary Jewelers. I came into the store with an idea, an image and a very bad old cocktail ring I had been given. I was very bummed out as it was from my fiancé, but Bill told me he would be able to create/fabricate what I wanted using the diamonds that were in the cocktail ring. Well, this is a success story friends and I will be a loyal customer for life. It is exactly what I was hoping for, well made, and Bill was nothing but courteous, helpful and encouraging. Thanks Bill!

Took a ring in to have the stone reset since it came loose. They cracked the ruby when setting it and took a chip out of it at a mounting point. Said it was like that when I brought it in, I had detailed photos from an appraisal two weeks prior and pictures of the stone after it came loose before the repair. Thankfully we had it insured because they were no help and refused to even admit fault in the damage. Find somewhere else for your repairs.

Do not take your Jewelry for repair!!!! Please find a reputable Store that care about workmanship and customer services!!!! I tested this place out by having a few of my less valuable Jewelry repaired and the work was questionable but nothing serious. I took a more valuable and expensive piece of Jewelry for repair and it was definitely substandard work. I showed the person who said he did the repair the problems and he wanted to charge me AGAIN to fix the same issues that he was suppose to fix from the start. There’s a a lot of shops around and I would highly recommend you seek them out- Do not waste your money, your time or risk loosing your Jewelry from bad repairs!!!

I Took My Antique Pocket Watch In For Repair, After A Week They Told Me That The Threads On The Case Was Stripped And That They Would Have To Heat It To Get It Free . I Told Them To Just Not Mess With My Watch . After Another Week I Finally Got The Watch Back . I Had No Trouble Unscrewing Both The Face Bezel And The Back . I Have Deleted Alexander Zachary From My Contacts .They Are Not Watch Repair !!!

I have had the best experience with Alexander Jewelers!! I went in to get matching heart necklaces for my sister and I but they didn't have what I wanted in store. April was amazing and helped me order them online and they turned out perfectly. When I went to go pick them up I also ended up getting a ring I had been eyeing since last time:) They were able to get the ring resized for me and everyone there was super friendly and personable.
