I’m highly unsatisfied with the business that has been conducted in this establishment there has been two occasions where I have purchased a product and they did not work the first time around. He sold me the part, knowing that the part did not work and told me there’s nothing you can do about it. There’s no refund there’s no trading passport three scenario, a day or two after it starts working I come in to let him know. He says there’s nothing you can do about it. I will not be giving this establishment my business. And neither should you. The other reviews on this place should tell you the same.

One of the best shops in Mooresville. HUGE selection of anything you can possibly want. Huge factor here is that the quality of their product is amazing (from kratom to flower and everything in between). They have a rewards program, as well as military discount. One stop shop for smokers and also there are many great stores and restaurants in the surrounding areas.

It’s a cute shop. Brightly light with all the aesthetic props in place. I went for a cigar…….. humidor had little selection and the cigars they had were old and hard.

Poor customer service. The cashier checked how many cartons they had left in stock and said we can only sell a maximum of one. Why? We called ahead to confirm inventory but they didn't warn us that they would only sell us 1 carton. Waste of a trip. Went down the road and bought as many cartons as I wanted... Smh

Terrible customer service . We called in ahead to verify stock and confirmed they have 3 cartons. He said the policy is that they will sell 2 but decided he only wanted to sell 1 to us. Support any other business.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. POLICE NOTIFIED. I went in a few days ago to buy a vape device, instead of having me insert my card into to the POS, the employee told me that the card reader was down and he had to charge it with a different card reader behind the counter. He proceeds to bend down so that he was out of site and stays down there for at least 1.5 minutes. When he was finished he gave me my card back and said “it looks like the card system is working again so you can go ahead and insert your card yourself.Fast forward a few hours later….I started getting charge alerts from my bank ( I didn’t see the alerts until 30 minutes after the first fraudulent charged was made) from Walmart which is right across the street from the vape shop. They were going to multiple self checkouts and buying random items. I want to note that my purchase at the vape shop was the only purchase I made on that specific card in the last 5 days. It turns out that someone cloned my card and made fraudulent purchases totaling over $2,200 in the matter of 30 minutes. Cops are involved and I’m assuming an arrest will be made soon. I know businesses can’t control what every single employee does but the person who rang me up was one of the owners. Don’t risk it and stay away from this place.
