We’ve had nothing but positive experiences with 33 Storage Solutions!The owners are extremely professional and do everything to make everyone’s experience wonderful. I would definitely recommend and have recommended this storage facility to many people and I plan to have a storage unit here for many years to come.

I rented a building with 33 storage on 6/12 as I was preparing to move from my current resident and these units are clean, air conditioned, have moving carts available to help with moving your belongings in & out. On Saturday, I was moving in my heavy items and the owner pulled up and asked if we needed assistance and he began to talk with my little brother and I. Very friendly and courteous as I've never experienced help or even communicated with an owner of storage units before.

Worst rental experience I’ve ever had being that no one is on site. Phone number goes to call center where no one speaks fluent English. Tried multiple times to find an on-site manager and no one was ever around. Multiple rent increases over a year. Good luck

I am extremely unhappy with both the customer service and the quality of service. I rented a 10x15 unit online to store a car in, and even put my license plate and vin in when signing up only to find out upon arriving after driving 2 hours that I was given an indoor unit. When I called their customer service the woman was extremely rude to me when I asked why it even allowed you to enter vehicle information online if there was no drive up access for any of the 10x15 units? She berated me saying "you didn't speak to anyone, its a computer, sir" as if I didn't know that. I think it is unacceptable that they put no note anywhere saying which units can and can't store cars/have drive up access. It is a small car and would easily fit in a 10x15 so thats why I chose that size. When I asked about what could be done I was told that I could not break the lease and get a full refund since I had signed the papers and my only option was to upgrade to a 10x20 for $100/mo more if I want to have drive up access and a unit where I can store my car as I intended, and they offered no discount, or anything for my trouble after driving two hours to find out I had been lied to. If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. Very poor customer service.

A few days ago I received an email stating that my unit would go up $50. The so-called owner called the management company and now they want to reduce it to $30 for the next few months but in July it goes back up to the $50. Please please do not rent from this storage company. I was told it's just like the hotel business rates increase as they increase. This is a crock of cow manure. I guarantee you they won't be in business for very long treating customers the way that they do. This is my second interaction with this company and it's been horrible we will be leaving soon.

They seemed to be a reputable local company but they are run by a nationwide company that is NOT into customer service. I was deeply misinformed of their move out terms and in turn lost an entire months rent for 4 days of use. Their response "sorry there's nothing we can do".
