Placed a mobile order 10 minutes prior to arriving and had to wait an additional 18 minutes after arrival for a simple daves double.

Manager March 12 2024 at 654pm is a snake and can't do her job I will be calling corporate. They are lazy will give you food poison feed you raw potatoes and won't answer the phone for a simple refund. Not worth it personally wouldn't hire these people to clean dog poop

Workers were very unprofessional and rude in drive through. If Wendy’s is going to hire people like this they should just close up shop.

Went through the drive through and they got my order wrong. Drove back and went inside and they fixed it. Food was fine and staff was friendly.

The food was definitely terrible and it really topped my evening off when I walked outside with my kids to get in the car and one of the Wendy's employees asked me for a lighter. When I pulled the lighter out he asked if it was okay if he lit this blunt up and proceeded to light it up and I noticed he went to the front of the building with another employee and puffed tough . I would recommend not taking your children to this location

Editing my review because service at this Wendy's continues to be consistently bad.Placed an online order for drive through pickup. Sat in line 30 minutes just waiting to get to the speaker. Too bad I couldn't cancel my order.This Wendy's has gotten its last money from me.

So we ordered food through door dash and only got half of what we ordered the dishwasher named Alan that was acting like a manager was very unprofessional he told me first we never ordered anything then he said we didn’t order what I said we ordered called me a liar then when I raised my voice he said not to raise my voice after he called me a liar he blamed it on the door dash company … what happened to customer service I asked for the corporate offices phone number he said it s on your receipt I said you mean the one I didn’t get then he screams have a nice day … I feel sorry for the people. Working in this restaurant he is a horrible leader and acted like I was trying to get free food that was insulting and he was a horrible customer service manager

It always takes FOREVER for you to receive your food and most of the time it's cold when they give it to you. Just not a good place anymore.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. On New Years Eve we were able to walk into the dining room, up to the counter and we were asked to leave cuz they were getting ready to close. You can be sure I will never visit this Wendy's again and it literally is 2 minutes from my house.

This Wendy’s can never get an order correct at night. They want $15 a hour for 15 cent of knowledge. I don’t like complaining and giving bad review, but we were sick and our son in law stop to get us something to eat and the whole order was in correct. If I get the receipt from him I will come in person to make an official complaint.

This Wendy's only has drive thru service. I'm not sure why the dining room was not open2nd time I've gone there and both times no dining room service.

I’d give it a zero if I could. Incredibly rude employees and managers. Didn’t have what I ordered - let me know after my card was swiped. Food that was served was beyond terrible - chicken on the salad must have been cooked 3-4 times - it was harder than a crouton.
