When someone is specific about where their money needs to go, as a teller, you should listen. 12/29 the teller who was at the drive thru wanted to help with the back up of people inside but in his haste put my rent deposit in the wrong account which has had disastrous effects. The lack of attention to people’s livelihood is astounding. I know it can get busy but mistakes like this have huge effects on the lives of your customers.

I went to this branch for the second time to open a new account for my 13-year-old son. Ms. Nazarena Campos assisted me in opening a checking account on the same day and set up all the processes online through the phone. I appreciate her help in completing everything on the same day.

Why does this bank think they don't have to answer the phone?? I live far from the bank and need to cash a large check. Wanted to verify they would have the funds so I don't have to waste an hour driving. I have been calling for two hours. I am assuming they just leave the ringer off.

I came here on Monday morning time and to my surprise there is only 1 teller is working, on Monday, Carl. In a quick second there were plenty of people lined up behind me and all of them including me were waiting more than 15-20 minutes for their turn.Once I asked the manager why there is only 1 teller working to which she said that other teller got off, lol. That’s so unprofessional for this kinda bank, so frustrating. Never gonna come back here again.

This used to be decent branch. Not anymore. It started going downhill the minute they closed the Charlotte Avenue branch, and we only had the option of the Dickerson branch. I understand the difficulties that COVID has cause, but come on. Over the past year they have been utilizing no more than 3 tellers max. Keep in mind that this is the Only Branch in Monroe. If you need to go to this branch on a Friday, prepare yourself for a minimum 30 minute wait. They usually have 1 teller at the counter.and 1 at the drive up window. My wife and I are in the process of seeking a new banking partner. We're done with this Bank. It's unfortunate, since we've been using this bank for many years.

We were told to come in on Friday to open an account for my daughter. Then after waiting 45 minutes we we told to make an appt. We did for the following Tuesday. Again we waited, this time for about 15 minutes and were told we would have to make another appointment. Not the most convenient location for us to get to and not the friendliest so we will probably be moving banking elsewhere

This location is run terribly. Managers are rude as well . No wonder you can't keep employees either. And now on a Monday morning at 9:30 close no signs of saying if they're going to be open or anything else both the ATMs are not taking deposits this is by far the worst run Wells Fargo

They refused to cash a check a tenant had presented even though the funds were available and thr company representative was not even given a call . Just stamped it as NSF and returned to tenant. The tenant came back to cash the check againas the monies were clearly visible online and again they returned him back . Very poor service and the management ahould be embarrassed. Ofcourse when you call to speak to a rep , they hang up as usual . Enough said about Wells Fargo Customer service at the bank and over the phone Believe me I will be escalating this to the highest possible level.

I walked into the bank and tried to open an account. The lady said they are not accepting new accounts at this location. This is a major branch and you cannot fill out paperwork to open a new account. Jokes on you I was going to bring over my business account and my home loan. What a joke for not taking new accounts.

Very bad communication with account holders. No published information on new times or how to obtain an appointment. Noone answers the phone. Been a loyal customer for over 25 years and can't even get in to see a banker.

I do not recommend this Wells Fargo,the lines are always long and they take about 40 minutes to an hour just to attend you.
