I don’t write these reviews ever but I had to after the service I got Gavin and the head store manger jay helped us out so much and made the process so quick and easy I can’t thank them enough please ask for Gavin if your going to the Monroe location he’s the best

This is the worst place I have ever been too. The customer service is very poor. They can’t fix one issue but they can try and sell you a new phone! Don’t go here.

I cannot express the gratitude. I have for the manager in the workers in this store. They went above and beyond the Call of Duty when AT&T screwed me over. I love this Verizon store and the people that work there extremely professional, extremely caring 10 out of 10 recommend.

Been to this location twice and no one even acknowledged my presence. Two other people walked out before me. Are they there to sell phones or what? Totally unprofessional especially when you are there to spend a lot of money. I only rated this one star because there is not a place for zero stars. Very disappointed in Verizon.

Absolutely ridiculous policy that they must round up if you use cash! Just purchased a screen protector for $67, I wanted to pay with cash, but they told me I’d have to pay $70 if I chose to use cash! I’m pretty sure this is illegal. Avoid this location at all costs!

Don't choose this location if you place on order online or over the phone, to be picked up. You will never get the email notification that it's ready to be picked up. First time, I ordered the Home 5G internet. No email. Had to go to the store to get them to complete the order. Second time, I ordered a Samsung phone. No email. Also had to go in to get them to complete the order. Funniest part is I walk to my car, after picking up my phone, and I get the text that the order is ready to be picked up. LMAO!

We got a new phone for fiance and to trade my in. For some reason they could not transfer my old phone to the new one because they close at 7pm, it was 5:50. Told the guy we were leaving for vacation Friday morning and can't make in back in Thursday, he didn't care. Said could hold phone until we got back on 7/10. Received email stating they return & refunded the money put down on Saturday three days after I was there. Tried multiple times to call, can't talk with store just customer service. They could have careed less. Been a customer for over 20yrs. How sad! Monroe NC location.

Tunji did a great job trying to help me. Ultimately, she could not resolve my issue, but that was not for lack of effort. She is knowledgeable and did a great job of thoroughly investigating my situation, it just was way too complex. The moral of the story is, make sure you have two step verification on all your accounts, that you care about, and don't get hacked. All in all, i've had the best experience I've had at the Verizon store in a LONG time! She was patient above all, and I REALLY appreciate that.

So my mom said that SOME Employees are RACIST & Favoritism aren't helping her everytime she goes there ask for help they'll just void or make no eye contact. They'll ONLY help if you buy their Products any other than that they wouldn't care. I hope you guys can find some "BETTER" Employees that are Willing to Help customers to be happy. Since that happens I wouldn't go there anymore. I will NOT Tolerate "Unprofessional Employees".
