“I had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express Monroe. Five and beyond stars for the staff. They were very kind and accommodating even though we checked in late. Room was very clean with a very comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent.”
“The place is nice, cozy, big, clean, great music, excellent selection of wines and good events. The staff is also good, polite and helpful. The only thing I didn't like is about the reserve tables on the patio. I understand that if you have a full event with no empty tables, you should charge to add an extra chair to a even when there the event is not full and there are empty tables with plenty of emtpy chairs is not fair and neither the price, $15 seems too much when considering that other places don't charge anything at all to add a chair to a reserve table.”

The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and there is pretty much no end to the things they can provide. The owners and staff were so personable and truly made you feel special.
