I signed up for daily emails so I would know what mail I was receiving every day. I was supposed to receive 6 pieces of mail on 6/3/2023. I only received 5. As of today(6/6/2023) I still haven't received it. I tried calling the office 13 times to find out where my mail is, but nobody answers the phone! This is unacceptable! It's quite obvious that whomever works there doesn't know how to do their job.

I received a notice for a missed delivery when I was actually at home. It was a substitute mail carrier. I have since tried to call the monroe carrier annex to discuss this but no one answers. Then I called the main Monroe PO but they also do not answer their phone. I gave up on this and scanned the redelivery QR code but that site did not work. Now i have called the 800 number and again was not given any help. What in the world!!! I was a mail carrier a long time ago and the service was not like this. How can it be this bad. One bright note is that our regular carrier is a sweetheart and gives good service.

This lady name is , Michelle Aka “Karen“ please be aware when picking a package up . I went there to pick up an package and she yelled and cursed at me several times because they were closed she is seen here calling the cops because she wants me to leave but I am clearly away from the door and building and they are “closed “ she could just shut the door but she choose to continue to yell and scream at me this lady should not have a job with any interaction with the public she had an entire meltdown and none of her co workers intervened to stop her or calm her down she needs to be fired asap .

They won't deliver our packages, because they don't want to turn around in our driveway. We have to pick them up now. You're a delivery service...not sure why I'm wasting my gas and time.

STOP falsifying attempted delivery. You haven't attempted anything. Believe it or not most people have cameras now. No pick up slip. No package. This is why I would never buy a product if I know they use usps as a carrier.

People that work here are great! They know who I am and everytime i go down here they get me in and out quick. Can not complain about this location at all ???

Janis in "customer service" is the worst. My package hasn't moved since March 31st. I opened a case, and Janis closed it after only 3 days! Made no effort to actually look for the package and had the audacity to say "it was an expected delivery date not guaranteed". Is this code for they steal packages? It's now April 22nd, and I still don't have my package. Sounds like Janis does.

Went to pick up my package because it was too large for our local mail delivery. The guy carried it out to my car and even put it in there for me- he was so kind, I was very grateful!
