The worst fingerprinting experience I’ve ever had in my life. Two of the most unhelpful, grumpy women in the world left me alone at the faulty, greasy printscan machine that barely worked at all. I will be shocked if my prints are even usable. Laughable that this service costs $85. I wouldn’t even trust these women to put a shipping label on a box correctly. One was literally half asleep when I asked for help and wouldn’t lift her head off of the desk.

How are you supposed to get assistance when the phone mailbox is full and you cannot get in touch with anyone? I have my tracking number but tracking says it was never picked up by UPS. Poor customer service for the 2nd time in a couple weeks.

The customer service representative Sierra was very polite and professional. She helped me with all my mailing needs and also greeted me with a smile. I would recommend this store to anyone. The store was very clean and the representative was very helpful.

They are always so nice, and extremely helpful!! The young lady that helped me today, ( employee# 292650) noticed that I was walking with a cane. She even offered to open the door for me to exit! Everyone at this location are always ready to help! Thanks to all!!

Ijessya (i’m really not sure how to spell her name [eye-yes-ah]) was phenomenal. i have never had to ship a package before and she helped me create my label and was so kind and patient while also being quick and efficient. thank you Ijessya!

The associates seemed overwhelmed by the amount of work that they are having to do with the quantity of Amazon returns and other shipping items by patrons. Customer in front of me at the self serve scanner was held up do to the ticket jammed in the printer. Staff clerk acted like it was the customers fault.

The team working at the UPS store today was super fast and friendly. There was a line of 3 or 4 people ahead of us when we got there, and we had five (!) packages to return.
We were in and out in less than ten minutes, and Trenton handled it all with a smile. He was courteous and helpful. Look for him when you go.

The person that interacted with me was so rude. I try to avoid this location at all times which is unfortunate because this is my closest location. I’ll drive farther to avoid the workers here .

I came into the store today & i got very upset because when i return items back to Amazon i never had issues like they were saying. But the tall white lady Lea has a very smart mouth & shouldn't be employed there. When i told them this isn't worth all this craziness she told me " If you broke just say it" First I'm in law enforcement and never seen anything like this in my fifithteen years of service. We argue back & forth i asked to speak to the manger she claim they don't have one. I will never come thru them door ever & I will start to take out a ad in the paper about this store unless Ups handle this situation right.
