I wasn't planning on buying, and I'm definitely not going to buy there if I had a choice. Now, frankly, my situation is not commonly heard of, but not completely unseen in the vehicle community. The situation in question was the fact that I had to do a car review for my school project. Like I said, it's not really heard of, but it's not the first time I've done one. Before, my first project was an entrepreneurship class around insurance companies' rental car policies; that one was a breeze. So, I thought this project would be as well. And it actually was, but this dealership was the only thing holding me back and making me question. My project was for a digital media class. It was about doing something unique and learning about what you are capable of in terms of editing. I own a 2013 Toyota Highlander. One of the things I wanted to review was the different types of trim levels and options available on the vehicle. My vehicle had plenty, but I wanted to go above and beyond. On a Sunday evening, I left a voicemail asking if they would be willing to let me take a video of the outside, inside, and engine view of a 2013 Toyota Highlander they had currently in stock. A few days later, I didn't hear anything back from the voicemail. While in the area, I decided to stop by, told one of the associates about my situation, and they said they would find someone to help me.They brought up a lady, and then I told her my situation. She said she would go speak to her manager. A couple of minutes later, they came out and basically said, "Sorry, we can't help you do that; that's not our job." So basically, they said straight to my face, "We're here to sell cars, not help you with your project. You may leave our dealership." Now, I understand that they weren't able to help, but I feel like they could have dealt with this in a more professional manner than they did. One of the previous days before I called in to see if that car was actually available on the lot, I still hadn't heard anything from the guy that I was on the phone with. He told me that the car was not even available.Like I said, a day later or so, while passing through the area, I decided to stop by, and lo and behold, that car was sitting right there in the lot. I refuse to believe it's hard to look outside the window that's right in front of you to see if there is a car there. Not only did the guy lie to my face, but apparently, when the lady got back to me and told me they weren't willing to help, they said they saw and listened to my voicemail, and they still did not respond to me. Not only is it an unprofessional way of handling the situation, but I'm very disappointed in their manner and tone with how they dealt with this. Now, I get it. I'm a high schooler, a junior, trying to make a good grade in an honors class at Union Academy. You would probably have a little unease letting a high schooler film a vehicle. But I remember specifically telling them they could be beside me the whole time; no one has to be away from the vehicle. A sales associate can stand beside me the whole time. All I needed was 5 to 10 minutes worth of footage of the inside, outside, and engine of the vehicle, and that's it. I was not asking for much. I get it; you guys have a job to do, but you could have handled this situation better.I am studying business management and entrepreneurship, and one thing I have learned in those classes is that if you are unable to provide a service, you will find a proper way to convey to the customer that you cannot provide that service, instead of simply telling them to leave or failing to respond because you guys do not want to help. A good business would most likely refer them to a company that would help. Although, thankfully, I found 2 to 3 great dealerships that were willing to help me. Anyway, thank you, Monroe Motor Sports, and the very nice receptionist who was even willing to jumpstart the car for me, so I could do my school review. I also want to t

I was very nervous about buying my first “new” car. Stephanie literally showed me everything I wanted to see. We even had our 3 yo with us the night we went to look and Stephanie tried her best to entertain her while we finished all the paperwork. She was honestly an amazing salesperson. Would highly recommend going to see Stephanie!!

My husband and I had a great experience with Chris Williams this past week while purchasing our new Telluride. On our first time visiting, the weather happened to be rainy but Chris pulled the vehicle we were interested in, into a dry and well lit area and showed us all about it. He was genuine, professional and very helpful through the entire process. We never felt pressured even though it was the “end of the month” which is what we were hearing from the sales people at other dealerships we had already visited and that was stressful. We so appreciated Chris never being pushy. It made for a much more pleasant and enjoyable experience. Go let Chris help you with your new vehicle purchase. You won’t be disappointed.

This was my first car lease experience and I’m a hard person to get to make a big purchase like a car lol. Larry Goode made me comfortable, it was smooth, and it was quick. He already had two cars picked out that he knew we would love. He communicated through the whole process that way we knew what we were working with. I could not be happier with my purchase or Larry’s service. He made me feel like I was a part of his family and made sure I was taken care of when it came to buying my buying experience. They also threw in First Place Finish with the packages I purchased. I never thought my first lease would be a Kia but I am so glad that I did decide to go there and that I had Larry to help me. I love my new 2024 Kia Forte and everything about it.
