Carlos De los Santos was absolutely the best salesperson I’ve dealt with during my search for a Kia Telluride. This dealership was extremely helpful in my search. They listened to my wants and needs and delivered the perfect car for us. I can not speak highly enough of Carlos’s customer service and the dealership!!!

I highly recommend them!? I just bought a Kia Sportage 2023. I love it??.Stephanie is great! They answered all my questions. They will work with you. My credit score was bad when I got the soul. I always wanted to own a fully loaded vehicle.The soul and Sportage are both great gas savers. Both very spaceus. They drive like a dream .I love the features ?

My husband and I went to car shop at Union county Kia . After a bad encounter with a salesman , towards my husband that ended in the salesman calling my husband a curse word , Stephanie came out to offer her assistance . She was very apologetic on behalf of her fellow colleague and was amazing to help make our experience in buying a new vehicle the best. My husband was against looking further at this dealership , but it was Stephanie’s professionalism that changed his mind . We ended up purchasing a Kia Sportage . Stephanie worked her magic and made the process simple . Stephanie came in the next day , on her day off , to finalize the paperwork . She was amazing and if I need to purchase another vehicle , I would definitely use Stephanie . My husband stated to the general manager that they needed to fire everyone and hire 10 more Stephanie’s !!! Will definitely recommend her and this dealership after turning a bad experience into a good one !! ( name change on Google not updated . Sale under Kim Garren )

Very bad staff, they don't give you any importance, like 5 or 6, they told me to wait, I'll take care of her right away, wait so long and then she tells me to come back at 1pm, and the same thing happened, they made me wait and come back, daughter with the intention of what they will help me get out an automatic or programmed key, apparently my money is not worth it....regards

Working with Stephanie Breeden. I came to look at the SUV I saw online. At first the key wasn't available but Stephanie worked to locate I was then able to test drive. I had a payment in mind Stephanie and her group got me right at that payment. After some excellent work to clean and check out the SUV Stephanie got me all set and I was able to travel in my SUV on my trip. Stephanie rocks I recommend her for your assistance with your car shopping experience. Have faith in her to see you behind the wheel of your next ride. The best personality too, no need to be nervous about purchasing it's a friend helping a friend..

You notice the difference when you walk in the door! Brittany was a great ambassador to represent the dealership! She knew her car inventory, she listened, asked appropriate questions and then presented us numerous options. The discussions were honest, informative and reflective of our interests! No pressure and very understanding of what we were looking for! She knew the dealerships processes and business protocols, and everything was above board, quick and efficient! We drove away happy and content in a new car! Before we left the General Manager stopped by to thank us and we had a good conversation with him!

Overall great experience at Union County Kia. Carlos was professional, personal, and helpful. The process was relatively smooth, as smooth as buying a car can go! Got a more than fair trade-in value for my old car. I only deducted a star because I couldn't drive the Carnival, which was another option I was considering, since they didn't have any available but ultimately decided on the Telluride. I would recommend!
