“On May 1, 2025, I visited Thomas Tire Sales to purchase three tires, and the experience was absolutely amazing. I was a bit overwhelmed at first, but Bob—the consultant at the front—noticed that one of my front tires was either flat or very low on air. He immediately assured me not to worry and said they would take care of it.
Bob sold me three tires at a fair price, and the entire process was smooth and professional. What really stood out was how he went the extra mile—he removed the low-air tire, inspected it, changed the valve, and put it back on. He didn’t try to upsell me or push me into buying a replacement, which I truly appreciated.
Bob was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. It’s rare to see businesses that genuinely care about their customers like this. I’m giving this review because I’m 200% satisfied with the service. Excellent customer care and great people—highly recommended!”

“These guys were incredibly helpful. We were only in town for a visit and noticed some neglected work on my step daughter's car. They were able to get us in without an appointment on a Friday afternoon. The vehicle wound up needing 2 front tires, 1 wheel bearing & alignment. This is a 20 year old car with a sealed press bearing. The work is quality and everyone is so nice there. Very helpful. The whole service wound up costing just over $1k. I think this was slightly high, but in the end they worked Saturday to get this done to ensure we would be able to leave on time after the weekend. That was much appreciated. Like I said, quality work by awesome people goes a very long way. Thanks everyone!!”

This Tuffy went above and beyond and I’m so grateful I chose to get my car repaired here.”
