The mattress we bought was supposed to be 9.5 inch classic firm innerspring. Well it BARELY is 8 inches thick, that's with it standing on edge! Will not let us return and going to send someone else out to show us how to measure it. Really???? Worse people I have ever dealt with.. Should have went to Mattress Firm. Be warned.

The worse mattress ever. Has a dip in middle of mattress and they will not back up their word. Do not recommend buying one there.

We were looking around at different mattress stores trying to get an idea of prices and quality. When we walked in, the manager of the store greeted us and proceeded to go on a 15 minute monologue about the mattresses that they had. When I asked him a question he said "we'll get to that later". He did not do a good job of giving us the information we needed and I felt like he was really trying to push us towards a purchase. All of the other mattress stores we went to had excellent customer service, so this one was a real outlier. We ended up buying from a different store.It's a shame because I've heard great things about the quality of OMC's mattresses, but I will never go to this location again.

I have purchased 4 mattress and box spring sets, 1 for me 8 years ago and I always slept amazingly (just gave it to my ex-wife). 2 sets for my kids. And I just purchased an Orthopedic Firm for me. Sleeps even better than the first one. I always HIGHLY recommend Original Mattress. Will never buy from anyone else.
