We had our wedding here last month and it was absolutely perfect. The venue is gorgeous, and it was great to have the ceremony and reception in one building with so many of our guests coming from out of town. If you are having a wedding or event there and are on the fence about adding the day of coordinator, do it! Lisa King was our day-of-coordinator, and our day would have been a total mess without her. She handled literally everything, and was on top of all of our vendors and everything that needed to be addressed. She even helped my husband and the wedding party out with their pocket squares to make sure everyone looked perfect.

Had my wedding here in January and I cannot say enough great things about this venue! Lisa, the venue manager, takes such amazing care of you and has a decade of experience (she has seen it all). The venue is stunning, and they let you use anything from their huge decor closet for free! This venue was also perfect for my winter wedding as it was a bright and beautiful indoor venue. Highly recommend for Charlotte brides!!

What a great venue for weddings, photo/video shoots, parties, or music. The walls are exposed brick (a different color on each floor). There is a small stage on the top floor along with bathrooms and dressing / make up rooms. It really is a great venue.

What a beautiful, perfect venue! We got married here a few months ago and had a great experience. One perk that we didn't know until touring was that there is a closet FULL of decorations that are available for use! So on top of the reasonable price for renting such a lovely venue, we also spent hardly any money on decorations because we used the Bottle Factory's vases, greenery, lanterns, etc. There are also many ideal photo locations nearby in downtown Monroe that our photographer was excited about and the pictures turned out beautifully. A special shoutout to Lisa, who worked her heart out during our reception to make sure everything went smoothly!

I got married 3 years ago at The Bottle Factory Venue. The Bottle Factory is a beautiful venue and soooo affordable! The interior has an antique, rustic design, but can also be transformed into an upscale, chic look with the help of some drapery & a little imagination.The vendor, Sherry, and her husband were BY FAR the best part of The Bottle Factory. They were very easy to work with and were happy to restructure pricing during the pandemic to accommodate the forced decrease in wedding guest count. Sherry also stepped up on the day of the wedding when the caterer failed and spent money from her personal account to make sure every guest had food! Wow!! I will always be grateful to have had the chance to work with Sherry, and I recommend this venue 10/10.

We chose The Bottle Factory Venue after several of my friends got married here. It was the best decision we made! We chose Sherry as our coordinator and it is very obvious she has been a wedding planner for a long time. She made me and my family feel very welcome and relaxed. It was stress free for all of us. Our vendors loved Sherry and her Venue. So happy about our wedding. Gorgeous Venue! I would give it a 10 star if I could!

This world is going through a PANDEMIC that no one can control. I personally seen strangers coming together trying to help out any way they can and to show support and compassion. BUT are still people like this out there!!! I will never do business or say anything nice about this venue. Shame on you! In this time of the nation's pandemic we are urged to self-quarantine not just to protect ourselves but our family, friends, and loved ones. With that being said in the best interest of our family, friends and loved ones Ashton and Stewart have decided not to have their wedding ceremony and reception that was planned on April 11th. While having to make adjustments and cancellations it has been heartwarming in this difficult time when the caterer (Doughgirls catering) gave the entire deposit back with well wishes. Thank you!! Then there's the Venue, The Bottle Factory in Monroe NC. I don't recommend anyone EVER book an event with Sherry Helms that owns the Bottle Factory. She doesn't truly care about anything but the money. This is not a normal situation; they didn't just change their mind. We contacted her under the current circumstances discouraging large gatherings and asked for some kind of refund. In a time of Pandemic, you would have thought she would have been more empathic for a couple having to go through this situation. In an email sent from Mrs. Helms the owner of the Bottle Factory today (3/24/20) she has very boldly said she will NOT REFUND any money paid ($6000) in capital letters. And she will make sure their wedding will be beautiful on April 11th. Clearly, she doesn't care about the well-being of the community because she is willing to continue holding LARGE events in the community potentially spreading the Corona Virus!

My husband is a DJ and he had a sorority party to play here. The place is really cute and the location is great. There are not much parking in the area but if your event is on the weekend you and your guests will be fine because you can use the other business that are closed on the weekends parking area. The place has a upstairs that I only got to see part. I went there to use the restrooms. Really nice place with plenty of space. From what I heard the rent is quite fair. I even thought about having one of my birthdays parties here. It is a good place for any kind of party really.
