I went to the store in Monroe to upgrade my phone, called before and was told it was in stock. In middle of the transaction I was offered accessories, I said I already had them and did not need them. Then I was told they couldn’t give me a phone from the store because I was not buying accessories and they would have to order a phone instead. I asked to speak with the manager and she was very rude. She said we can’t give you a phone unless you buy the accessories. I said I have never been obligated to buy accessories when upgrading a phone, she then said we don’t even have the color you want, I asked what color do you have, she said neutral . I said give me that color and she said “no, we are not giving you the phone because you are not buying the accessories “ this is ridiculous and she was so rude. they should not force people to buy accessories, I called other stores in my area to ask if they have that same policy/practice and they don’t. I told the manager I was going to call corporate and I did. The tmobile customer service rep called the store after I explained everything, they acknowledged they tell customers they need to buy accessories and the rep told them it was not a policy of tmobile, he said “we will keep that in mind”. I have filed a formal complaint with tmobile against this store. It is not right what they are doing and some one should investigate so they stop. I am also reporting this to the BBB. I just want to let people know they are not obligated to buy accessories to get a phone..

BJ WAS ONE THE FANSTATIC ASSISTANT MANAGER I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH . HiIS PAtience with us and my teenage son who broke his phone was phenomenal.

I bought 2 I phones and they said we were getting 2 watches for free with the promotion. The sales person said we were able to get cases and chargers for free because we upgraded our phones. It was all a lie, wanted to speak to the manager very unprofessional and not helpful at all.

I wish I could give them zero star, they sold me a watch with promotion that watch is free. T-Mobile is charging me regular charges on that watch. Manager here is really rude, she never helps.Be careful and don't get cheated.

I walked in and wasn’t formally greeted and both the manager and employees made me feel uncomfortable will not be coming back i have NEVER seen customer service this horrendous before

Excellent service walked in and out with saving over $250 a month from leaving ATT after 11 years with that provider and upgraded 3 out of the 5 phones on my plan and walk out only paying $150. The entire staff was great but the manager and Carolina were the best. Thank you guys for an easy transition. AND to top it off my mother's phone had to be added on in NY and when she went to that location the manager there took care of my mother's phone for her with no issues either.. Thank you for still giving excellent customer service.

Not the first time & Never Again!!Having a (non-working) phone is bad enough, throw on top of it extraordinary poor service.I visited the store because of a non-working phone .the girl just flicked a card with a web adress on it, said ,call them.T mobile sent a replacement phone to the store. I Tried to get the warranty replacement phone on Saturday(it arrived faster than expected) the associate was busy Helping another customer, and said that his co-worker was outside dropping off trash,& texted him. And around 15 minutes later, he came inside. They examined the phone and said that it was broken, even though it was the recall issue on the phone that was broken. They would not give us the phone that they had in the lock up. They said our phone was physically damaged,, go figure,, and I have to do a warranty exchange on it .That now is 3 days in,with no phone..NO ONE offered,or bothered to make a call to tech or T Mobile support. It's now Sunday, tomorrow will be 5 days in..I guess customer service in Monroe means. Do it yourself and don't come to us for your replacement device. Worst service ever..

The ladies that were very rude because the T-Mobile Tuesday app to get a free item she acted like I was scum of the Earth just because I came in there for that I'm glad I have Metro through T-Mobile instead of just T-Mobile because I would hate to have to go into that store all the time

This location is a leap above the Matthew's location, whom I had to wait almost two hours (there was no customers in there........) for something that took this location ten minutes. The woman who handled my device here on Saturday was genuinely kind and very compentent when dealing with protection plan redemption(s) and the terms/conditions. Adhering my screen protector, she actually took her time and left no dust or bubbles, increasing the companies profit margin in the long-run and really hittin that customer satisfaction, she was funny and had such a positive demeanor. Thank you! ♡♡♡♡♡ you reminded me of the old T-Mobile days when people gave half a F.
