I went to this gas station to get propane today and the lady at the front lied and said there weren’t any propane tanks left when there obviously were. She wouldn’t get up to look and just sat on her chair at the register. I told her I saw some tanks then she told me that she didn’t have the key to get one for me. This isn’t the first time she has refused to sell me a propane tank. Every time I go to this gas station she is not helpful at all and will not get up out of her chair to do anything she just stays on her phone.

Absolute worst service ever that I’ve ever seen. I’m going to pay for gas and both clerks are sitting behind the counter on their phones. I waited for a full minute neither one would look up as I walked out they did then asked me what did I need. I kept walking

Not a 24hr store, employees open the store when they want. If fact its not open at this very minute.

The lead employee was rude. Refused to make a meatball sub because we came in to close to closing time. The sandwich we did get was just thrown together and was light on the meat. The lead employee was just talking down to the other one. The other one seemed to be from another store.

Argued with me for asking for a straw at main register, upsetting while this is the case of buying drinks for my son and myself, then worker at subway had pisspoor attitude as well barely passing for competent. Will not return to this station for neither services. Reflects really bad for shell & subway alike.

This Subway has had a covid positive from a daily visitor that ended up in the hospital. May have very well got the virus from this location since this person doesn't go to other places. I just want to say that it is sad that people think about themselves above others. A cancer patient could walk in there just to get a sandwich and end up dying from the covid that other people don't mind spreading. Don't go there if you are at risk.

Today I received the worst customer service ever from subway and subway customer service. This subway was located in a gas station. First I got my foundation drink from the gas station and went straight to the subway counter. I stood at the counter looking for a while waiting on a worker. After a couple of minutes I looked behind the counter and the worker was in the back. I signal for the worker to come out because I wanted to order. Needless to say the worker never came out after 5+ minutes of me standing there. I never got the chance to place a order because the worker never came from the back room. I left and looked up the location and called customer service. The customer service rep acted as if he didn't care. I told him I would like a follow up call. The rep said no problem just give the regional manager time to investigate before he/she calls me I said sure and the rep ends the call. He never asked or give me the chance to provide my number. Nobody can follow up if they don't have the customers information. Bad customer service across the board. Subway staff needs more training in customer service.

I love eating here also. I have never had any problems, the sandwich artist is friendly and listen very good
