I cannot say enough about this daycare. If I could leave more stars I would! The teachers and the director truly love these children. My daughter has grown so much in the time she has been with these wonderful ladies. It will be very hard to find a comparable daycare when we move. We love you!

My family had been with this center for 7 years between my two children (both have now aged out). What makes this center stand out above others is the following:- Low turnover for lead teachers. Many of these teachers have been there 10-15+ years. This center is their home and your children are their family.- Space: Even on rainy days there is room for the kids to run around in the multi purpose room and large hallways. The classrooms are large as well (which is not always the case). Overall it is very open.- Food: The food is cooked on site and they really try to avoid the over processed high sugar foods. You will not find fruit loops, sugary juice full of food dye, and cookies.- Open communication: Yes you receive the daily update emails (which many centers have) but it is the time teachers take to personally fill you in on what is needed or just to share about the day. I know I could always call in and check without being a burden as well.- Shantee and Wendy (director and assistant director)- They know what they are doing. When you have good people in the right places centers run smoothly. They have it figured out and have it down.- Traditions- The mother's day tea and the Halloween costume parade will always hold a special place in my heart.

Our two young boys (now 2 & 5) have been at this center for almost a year and we couldn't be happier after moving from out of state. From the first visit until now, the Sardis Kindercare team has shown such love and attention to our two guys. The director, the assistant director and the teachers all treat them like family--We get professional updates about activities and routines each day as well as have open lines of communication for any questions. The boys are being provided an environment that allows them to thrive both in academic/elementary preparation and enhance their social development. Highly recommend.

I wanted to love this place. We took our son for a tour (after I had scheduled it over the phone) the director just said go ahead and go look around. I get it, she wanted us to see the center and all but she didn't really bother explaining their curriculum and when we tried to ask questions it was impossible to get answers because she was more worried about taking care of her own son that talking to us.Obviously nothing wrong with caring for your own child but personally I feel if it's like that when you're trying to get us to give you our business it's the same or worst once we're not around.

I would look elsewhere. Center is not clean. Upholstered furniture in all areas of the building looks very worn with stains all over it. Very musky diaper odor throughout the facility...Bottle warmer in infant room was almost completely black! Anyone who has used a bottle warmer knows the bottom can get burned and brown after multiple uses and has to be cleaned periodically but for the entire thing all the way up to the top be black?! Yuk. They cleaned it only in anticipation of a state visit back in February. Not much attention to detail here. I would keep looking.

Rainbow Child Care Center is a wonderful center to allow your child to grow and develop. My daughter recently graduated from Rainbow. She started attending Rainbow at the age of 9 months. Each teacher treated her as she were their own. They celebrated her successes and encouraged her when she failed. The staff are a group of phenomenal women that you can trust your child with. The director is more than just a director. She gets to know you and child. She knows each child personally. The staff embrace not only the children but the entire family. Rainbow provides a creative atmosphere for children to flourish. They will bring in outside activities such as gymnastics and soccer shots to help expose the children to recreational activities. They have now introduced the Montessori program into their curriculum. This will only further enhance the development activities that were already being taught. I give Rainbow Child Care Center top ratings. They gave my child an excellent start to kindergarten.

The teachers at Rainbow Childcare, Monroe - are awesome, and it was an honor to know my son was in such great hands Every. Single. Day!! My son attended Rainbow from 18 months to 5 years (Pre-K). This was our extended family for many reasons! These teachers are top notch and you will not find better! They understand children and most importantly take the time to understand their hearts. When you have teachers with patience and understanding that take the time to get to know your child, who could ask for better?! Our little guy has gone on to start Kindergarten and he is definitely more than prepared for the learning level he should be! These teachers are top notch and I know Rainbow is very proud to have them!

We love our rainbow family! Our children learn so much; how things work, counting, ABCs reading, writing, social skills and love. The best part is, they do it all using their imagination and being creative. There is plenty of physical activity and all of the teachers feel like family. You all are wonderful! We are so thankful to have Rainbow right down the road!
