Customer service is terrible. Does not exist. I went to pick up nail supplies for my daughter. Bad selection. Most of what we needed was not in stock. The store associate never asked us if we needed help. However, he found time to call the lady working at the smoke shop next door and pretend to be a customer so he could follow us and racially profile us. Laughing with the Karen next door as they watched us. Stupid. Don't waste your time or money here. I arrived at Sally's on Indian Trail or Charlotte. Stop giving your money to people and places that don't respect us.

Went in and asked to speak with someone with hair color knowledge and the girl tells me she just left for lunch. Doesn't ask if she could help me. So I go to Walmart and come back 90 minutes later. I ask the same girl if she's back and she slowly walks to the back and returns to tell me she's on break. Seriously? I'll go to Indiana Trail where they can carry on a conversation. Terrible customer service.

To money ? hungry ? there prices are just too much I only advise someone to go to Sally's if you absolutely cannot find the item you're looking for nowhere else they actually treat me today they gave me a $10 value but when I left there I end up spending $40 but that's all right I got something for that cuz I'm going to return ?

I bought a set of hair clippers and right out of the box they cut my scalp in three different places. Being that these clippers are none adjustable there was nothing I could do to remedy the situation. After taking the clippers back to Sally's here in Monroe I was advised by the manager that all sells are final with clippers and they would not exchange them. After one attempted use (key word attempted) they would not exchange them. I've been getting clippers from here for about 6 years and never had a problem but I'm done with this store and will never buy another Sally's product. How is one to know if a product is defective before using it?

I drove all the way to Monroe Sally's and we arrived there at 7:50PM and the doors were locked already when they close at 8:00 PM. The lady came back up front as my husband knocked on the window to find out if i could come in since it wasn't eight yet and she kept pointing at the cash register and wouldn't let me in. I think I should've been allowed in since it wasn't 8 o'clock yet. She shouldn't have even had the doors locked yet or the drawer Counted already. I am highly disappointed and think that was bullshee!

I will not go back in the store until they get rid of manger Kevin Lemery. He needs to take some classes in customer service and empathy. Very rude person.
