Park my motorhome here until end of September 2019. Customer parks his 5th wheel next to my motorhome, one day he leaves and breaks my mirror, bracket and electrical wires. I stopped by to make a payment and they notified me about my motorhome's accident and told me the owner of the 5th wheel called them and for me to go have it repaired. I told her that I needed to speak to the owner of the RV first, they told me that would not share any of his information with me and that they would have him call me. Safeheaven Storage told me they were not responsible for any damage. The owner of the fifth wheel never called me so I was stuck with the $1200 of damage. When reviewing the video footage their camera (only one) can only cover a small area so because of the limitations I could not prove who did it. I would not recommend using Safeheaven Storage since the facility's security is so limited. You may want to ask them to view the security camera limitation in the area that you would be using. Remember: Safeheaven Storage 4407 Old Charlotte Highway Monroe, NC 28110 is not liable for any damage!
