Went in yesterday to get our car serviced and inspection. We had problem with tire pressure indicator light. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly. They gave us options to fix the problem. Fixed the problem quickly. We have gone to S&S Tire Service for years and have always received great service.

I do not recommend this car service to anyone. They refilled the freon without checking what the problem was and why the air conditioner did not work. It turned out that the problem was in the compressor. The repairman did not take this into account and immediately refilled the freon, paying $160 in vain. I do not recommend this car service!!!

Absolutely beyond thankful that I came here. I came here because another shop I went to was going to take a while and wasn't able to do my brakes and tires both. I came in, he test drove my truck and put it up on the lift. He inspected my brakes and even took the time to show me the pads and explain that i did not need brakes. As worried as anyone can be these days about being taken advantage of at the auto shop, it was nice to have someone suggest NOT to spend money on something. If you're wanting to go somewhere and have a honest mechanic take care of your vehicle like it's their own, this is your place. Kind and quality service, can't say enough good things about this place!

My roommate and I took her car here to see why her AT light came on. We dropped it off on Friday unaware that they were going to close early, because they said they would fix it and then call us when the job was done. We called several times on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and was sent to voicemail. When we finally got an answer on Monday when we called, they said they hadn’t touched it. My roommate and I couldn’t share a car much longer because we both work, we just said we would pick up the car and go somewhere else. When my roommate and I picked up the car they still made us pay even though they did nothing to the car. Then proceeded to get mad at us for not using cash to pay and made us drive to an ATM to get cash out. There was no sign saying cash only payments and there was a card reader. The people were also very rude and very unprofessional. If you want a good mechanic that will service your car in a timely manor, this is not the place. If I could put 0 stars I would.

Their service is very poor!! If you want to hear from your vehicle you have to call them. Kept our vehicle for a solid week replacing rotors and brakes! NEVER AGAIN!!

All hope was lost, Kubota discontinued the tire size. I called several shops from multiple Kubota dealers to regular car tire places, even looked online for them. I was close to selling the tractor for parts but in one last ditch effort I joined a Facebook Nc farm equipment group and asked for help finding tires.Steven from S&S commented on the post, two days later I had new tires on my tractor. Steven even took time to explain why they were hard to find, why the ply matters, and what the differences are.That was the first time I’ve been in S&S, and I felt taken care of from the start. We’ll be back with our vehicles, truly a shop that goes above and beyond to help you.

The absolute worst place ever to get your car serviced. The owner is the most rude and ignorant person you’ve ever seen. His way overpriced and shoddy workmanship is sad. If you want to pay top dollar for no name brand tires or get your brakes installed backwards he’s your guy. And like all crooks he’s carrying a gun.

S&S tire service is a great place to go. They treat you very respectfully and they look after you to let you know when your car is finished. They have always looked and served me and my family and I will always be a customer.

They do pretty much anything and everything with tires. Very knowledgeable about what they do and have fair prices. I will be make this 2.5 hr drive from Fayetteville anytime I need new tires or a tire service.
