I hate to give them 3 stars because I love the store but the past year every time I come in the shelf's are hardly stocked. You can forget buying shoes if you had wide feet as a women because all the shoes are so narrow you cant wear them. Also plus size women clothing has really went down hill here and you can never find anything for plus sizes.

Very disorganized,(parents allowing children to pull toys off the tables and shelves making it impossible to walk through) bathroom was disgustiingly dirty(toilets clogged and poop on the seats and floor) only good thing i can find to say is the line.was very short.

I like going to Ross for its variety and new clothes. I am always finding what I like. The reason I choose 3 stars is because there is a white lady (thin hair and on the heavy side) that works there who seems to not like people of color. A hispanic couple was browsing through a section and she rudely walked in front of them without saying excuse me. While checking out, I got her as my cashier. She didn’t greet me at all and when placing the clothes in the bags, she later rudely slammed the bags on the counter. People like her shouldn’t be working customer service.

Great selection and prices but attitudes abound at this Monroe, NC store among their employees.. it's a nasty experience if you need their help or they disagree with you about anything that may come up while in that store.. finding another store to shop
