I called Queen City the following day after browsing the website and spoke to Rob . He was very easy to work with and took care of getting the fridge I wanted. He was very understanding about my delivery needs and took care of that too. Great service, next day delivery, HD and Lowe’s can’t even do that. Great prices, fast delivery and everyone involved gets an A+. Highly recommend if you need an Appliance. Call Rob.

Do not sleep on Queen City. I was so impressed from the moment we walked in Fred was super helpful answered all of our questions. I will never go back to Lowe’s or Home Depot for any appliances. Prices were comparable if not lower and delivery was quick ordered the color I wanted on Saturday quick delivery first thing Monday morning. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Queen City. Delivery guys were also wonderful 10/10 recommend to everyone. Thank you Queen City

If you want excellent service, see Rob. DO NOT go somewhere else like Lowes where you can't view variety and modern appliances and can't even leave with an appliance.
At Queen City of Monroe, what you see is what you buy. No waiting for any item on the floor, and they have more in their factory that can be delivered the next day if you're looking for something extra special. No third parties, and they take their order in person face- to face.
So satisfied we even bought a microwave and freezer when we only wanted a washer and dishwasher. We'll be back.
And ask for Rob, he knows appliances and will find what you want or need.

I came in to look at new kitchen appliances and worked with Rob. he was great, very knowledgeable, patient and motivated to help.
