Tonya is great, it is clean, and the security of your belongings is on point besides that, I am giving this in particular storage one star and would give them less for how greedy they are. They will randomly go up on the rates, I am paying 201.00/ month for a 10×10. If late they will blow up your phone, send text messages and send emails back to back. I had to ask them multiple times to please stop calling so much or I will get them for harassment. I have used multuple storages, in multiple states, for years at a time and I like to say that I am the storage Queen. However, this is by far the worst in cost comparison , also the auction dates come up a lot quicker then any other storageI've been with, they will not work with you, if your auction day is coming soon, they will want every penny of their outrageous charges that they are asking or your things will go straight to auction. I will never store with them again. If you or anyone you know are looking for an AFFORDABLE storage with reasonable pricing that you can have access to after hours , will not constantly change the rates, does not have high late fees on both the storage unit and the insurance, will work with you on payments and or auction dates, Is available when needed and generally shows care and concern for the customers not just their money, then this is not your place. Honestly speaking. I hate to speak down on any business. My wish is for them to get better with these things for the sake of their customers. This is my experience. Everyone is different especially due to circumstances. Hope this helps. Thanks for your time.

They close at 9 pm. I need 24-hour access to my stuff.We probably went to that place a dozen times at least. They had dollys available like twice. Even when there was no one else in the building. Pain in the butt to move everything by hand or bring your own hand truck.They charged me another month’s worth of storage after I moved out of my space two days early and notified them well in advance and specifically made sure that I would not get charged another month. It took 2 phone calls and 2 online chat sessions to get them to refund the charge. Then, I come to find they’re sending a check that will take 6-8 weeks to arrive (and, obviously, they didn’t even bother to check that they had the right address on file). So, I have to wait 1-2 months to get MY money back for an error THEY made.Spend your money somewhere else.

The staff was extremely rude to me when I tried to make a payment over the phone. If she can’t take payment over the phone that’s fine but her tone towards me was unacceptably. She needs some serious customer service training.
