Wonderful store with great items, but the service was severely lacking. I had several small items (like rings and a dainty necklace) that you could not place into a shopping cart as they would fall out. We were the only people in the store and my mom and I looked around for a few minutes to ask an employee if we could set our small items down, and no employees were anywhere. We set our small items on the corner of the check out desk and Shana promptly showed up to tell us that we cannot set any items there. She said people take photos of the store and they can’t have anything on there. We got a cart and found a way to rig it up so the jewelry wouldn’t fall out. It’s self checkout and they take cash but it calls an employee to assist. Shana showed up and wouldn’t break my cash bill. I almost left because I didn’t have the correct bills and she didn’t want to check her drawer to see if she had enough cash to make change. I won’t be going back to this location.

Love this little store. Wonderful stock of decorations for your home. Kitchen utensils and pots & pans. Dishes, special serving pieces and so much more. Cleaning products. Beauty products. Organic shampoos. Great prices on items to be used all over your home.

1st visit. I honestly thought pOpshelf was gonna be a cheaper version of a dollar store. Was struggling to find a small inexpensive first aid kit and Google showed popshelf having them so we decided to go see. I'm glad we did. They have decor, snacks, refrigerated/frozen items, cleaning items, etc. It's not the cheap dollar store I thought it would be. ?

Another Sunday to pickup some odds and ends. At the counter was a display of plastic serving cups, 2 colors 2 stacks. Then a stack of large plastic trays with a 70% off sales ticket. I lift the top tray to grab a preferred color. The cup slide off to the counter. The women looks at me like GREAT. Why would a person in retail setup a display that's due to fall, I said. She bit her tongue. Been here in the Carolina's going on 4 yrs. The amount of jobs are plentiful the help available is horrible, the below 25 age group...back to a school of common sense cuz no one out here has it NONE!

My absolute new favorite store! Please build or bring one to West Virginia ?. It's as if a Home Goods and a Dollar General merged and produced a wonderful new store.

I'm obsessed with the pen section. They have individual mild liners, frixion erasable pens, gel pens, fountain pens, markers, and more in every color. The we craft section is great too. lots of home decor and housewares.

PopShelf is great! It's bright, clean, spacious not cramped. They have a fun variety of items every season. I love going in to see what new home decor items have come in.They have everything from the home decor I mentioned (dishes, candles and candleholders, wall art, throw pillows....) to cleaning supplies, candy, snacks, arts and crafts, party supplies, toys, garden and outdoor, shampoo, body wash, etc...It's owned by Dollar General but is aimed at the Target crowd. Most things are under $12 (lots under $5), though they do have some items at $20 or more. It's all self checkout, but there are people there to help, and everyone I've encountered so far has been very nice.
