If you need business checking find a different bankThis bank does not like to accept a check and James is the only good employee I hope he finds a better paying job at a real bank that is not going under. Also the supervisor lady likes to give you a hard time. The tech at PNC leaves much to be desired, but the people are always helpful, and for the most part go above and beyond to help you. And the manager at this location is really nice/down to earth.

Person doing exactly what I asked the young man to do . He asked for my ID. of which I obliged him with . No problems !! Very polite and Professional !!!

Have been very well treated here.just started banking here for a few months.the company I work for uses this bank.from the moment I first walked in this bank to set up banking here I was greeted by the nicest people I've ever met in a bank.they answered all my questions and really sat down and explained everything to me in a way that I would understand.ive never been treated this nice at a bank. Thumbs up for each and everyone that works there.stop by and see just how nice these people are to a person.

PNC Bank at the Dickerson location is a great bank. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about all my banking needs. It's never crowded and it also has a drive- through for quick deposits or to withdraw funds after-hours. The branch is closed on Saturday.

Modern banking is hard for an old fellow to appreciate. I bet it is cost/ efficiency driven. I never see the same staff in a branch much more than a few months. Now days they ask for my ID. They used to know my name. I should ask for their IDs because I have a lot of money there and I'm wary of strangers. The staff is nice and friendly, but they obviously receive minimal training because they always have to contact a call center for answers and instructions. It's not just PNC. I have accounts in other banks and it's the same story there. Some hide the tellers and make you deal with a machine. I'm rating you directly because I received a survey online, but waited "too long" to respond. 10 days? This shows me you really don't care, but are just going through the motions. I wanted to complete the survey after they performed on all their promises. I just received my checks and credit cards in my mailbox. My main problem is I specifically told the staff that I have a PO Box because of security issues with the street mailbox. I wonder if you will really post this or respond in some way.
