The tech at PNC leaves much to be desired, but the people are always helpful, and for the most part go above and beyond to help you. And the manager at this location is really nice/down to earth.

Person doing exactly what I asked the young man to do . He asked for my ID. of which I obliged him with . No problems !! Very polite and Professional !!!

PNC Bank at the Dickerson location is a great bank. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about all my banking needs. It's never crowded and it also has a drive- through for quick deposits or to withdraw funds after-hours. The branch is closed on Saturday.
