Tell them about what's going on or what you need and they will try their best to get you what you need..places like this are the one's you miss the most when they are gone!! Ain't no tractor supply etc. going to have the knowledge. Inventory customer service like Carolinas Animal health!! Take advantage of their services when you can! You will not be disappointed”

5-28-24 Update.
We visited the store today in an attempt to buy a Cub Cadet RTZ-42-S deck belt but the entire V belt section was a total mess.
Someone needs to fix the mess pronto as it is nearly impossible and not worth trying to locate a replacement belt.
Managers, please get on this or folks will start buying at other stores or online like I am forced to do now.

Make the Monroe store great again!

PS, there was a shopping cart full of unwrapped, tangled belts of all sorts in it.
Is this what you want your customers to have to deal with? Fix it please!”

“I was visiting a friend and we stopped here to get cat and rabbit food. I found what I needed and more. I was pleasantly surprised by the discounted stickers on some of the cat food. ( I'm sure the dog section and other critters had discounted stickers on some items.) I definitely got several items to see if my cats would like them. ( I fed a pouch to 3 cats for a snack and they loved it. Hoping my Petsmart has the same discounted deal).

I was checking out and Billy, the manager was very friendly and knowledgeable. He asked me if I have the Petsmart app and to make sure that I get the rewards/deals for the items I bought!

When I come down here again, I'll definitely stop in!”
