I've been shopping at Pack Rats for many years as I love adding antiques and vintage pieces to personalize our home. Carolyn's shop always has something unique and I enjoy stopping by for a visit as she makes me feel warm and welcome.

Just stopped by an antique shop in Monroe called The Pack Rat antique shop. I met the nicest lady in there she was just the sweetest thing her shop was wonderful. She had so many antiques and authentic things that I can't find around anywhere. I'm so glad I found this place and will go back soon. She is very knowledgeable and has very good prices for the pieces that she carries.

The owner is very rude and disrespectful and racist. She yelled at me and my daughter before we entered the store telling us to move our car to the cafe parking even though we were going to the antique store. We were looking for antique items rather go to goodwill now. I know she wouldn’t have yelled at a white person like that. Would not recommend, horrible customer service and attitude.

An absolutely charming store! The shop's proprietor, Mrs. Starnes, has created a cozy environment filled with an assortment of lovely pieces. She takes special care in selecting items that meet or exceed her own "quality control" standards, and it shows. A great place to come for special pieces or one of a kind gifts.
