As a long-time customer, I cannot imagine shopping anywhere else. I wanted a USMC ring to replace one that was stolen. We spent quite a while going through books but could not find exactly what I was looking for. Finally found a substitute. I returned a few weeks and was shown a picture of exactly what I wanted. In other words they knew I wasn't satisfied so they continued the search. How many other jewelers would go to that extreme when had already made a sale.
