When we were greated by the sales woman I asked if we would be getting the phone, the phone security drop case, and screen protector included in the purchase, to which she said YES. After she rushed us thru the sale and taking payment, I asked where the security drop case and screen protector she said I had to pay more for them. To top it off she messed up the transfer of the phone numbers from one service to the new service. Absolute Shix show.

I had a very bad experience I went inside to have my phone fixed because every time I pay my monthly bill my data run slow Pond fixing my phone the employee made it worse than what it was really not liking Metro PC anymore thinking about changing put another phone company

I don't like Metro because if you don't have no service for 30 they make you pay all over again as if you never had a phone also the thing I like about boost mobile that even if they cut your phone off you cannot make outside calls but you can get incoming calls that way nobody knows that your phone is cut off and if you're waiting on a very important phone call you won't miss it they work with you a whole lot better than T-Mobile

I switch love the service. I wish they do like Boost if your service get cut off you still can get incoming calls. The staff was GREAT at this location.
