Never a pleasant experience to have to go to this location. Under trained staffed!Had an employee tell me she felt very sick with a fever and her boss wouldn't let her leave. I had my infant with me and she was coughing directly towards us. Very disgusting

If I could give zero stars I would. I am absolutely DISGUSTED with what happened to me at this location. I wanted to upgrade to the regular IPhone 12, not the Pro, NOT the minni. Sales associate Edwin Hidalgo got the wrong phone from the back (he picked up an Iphone 12 mini) and cashed me out. I NEVER SAW THE PHONE until it was paid for. Once he gives me the phone I realized that it was the incorrect one and asked for the correct one that I had asked for. He admitted that he picked up the wrong phone from the back and would get his manager (Diana) on the phone to fix the mistake. Long story short I have been going back and fourth with corporate and this location for three days now and this location is still refusing to give me the correct phone even though it was there own employee who made the mistake. I am now stuck with a $750 phone that I can not even use since the screen is to small for me to use due to vision impairments. I was SCAMMED at this location and they are refusing to correct the issue. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE... They will take your money and not correct there mistakes. This has been the WORST experience with a cellular carrier that I have had in my entire life... Even after being a loyal Metro customer for over five years they are treating us like we just have to accept and deal with this issue. We even had to call the police to get a sales receipt from this location. This is just DISGUSTING... Not only does Edwin need to be fired for all of his mistakes, this location needs to be SHUT DOWN due to poor management and being ran by con artist.

Today I drop in to Metro because my son lost his iPhone or it got stolen and we went to boost and he didn't know his pin and the lady there said that he couldn't get his pen but she lied because we called boost in the lady gave him his pen and the lady at Metro is the one who told us the truth and she made me remember that back in the day they used to call and get your pen because they was not giving it to you so I see that that didn't work out too well for them that's why they started giving it to you and making sure that you know your PIN because I guess it was causing too much problem when people wanted to switch over to another phone carrier it was taken too long for business but it goes to show you some people don't try to get to know their job because they probably don't care or people just don't mind telling when you find a person like that you need to get away from them because that means that they do not fear God and if they don't fear God you can imagine what they feel about you thank you and may you and your family be blessed

Would rate 0 stars if I could. First of all, they messed up my card. It kept declining in the store. One of the workers there asked me, "Well, why didn't you make sure your card worked before you came in here?" I had no issues with my card before I walked into this store tonight. Then all of a sudden I call to see what's going on with my card, and it turns out my card had been locked for "fraudulent use." Which is crazy because I had no issues with my card previously. Now I can't use my card for 7-10 days because I made the mistake of coming here. And they couldn't have at least switched my service back to my other phone.

Again im sitting here. 10:24. Still not open. I got here at 930. I call other stores to see what is up and they said this, "not my store, I do t know where dey et." Said, oh they went to get change. See they open late so much, they cover for one another. And u charge more to pay in person. For this "privilege". Why don't u just close these stores if u really don't want to run them. Me and my entire family crossed the street and finally changed carriers. Good riddance. The store across from the mall.
