Had the worst experience went in for my appointment was told didn’t have my color complexion didn’t attempt to let me know ahead of time when I booked my appointment and spoke to a gentleman on the phone guess need to ask do you have African American color foundation etc

I had a hair trial here several months ago for my wedding which was in January. The salon was very close to my venue so I thought it was perfect. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience. My hair did not only turn out not looking like the picture, but it was just flat out awful and messy. I emailed the owner with a picture of what I asked for and how my hair turned out and he unfortunately did nothing to make it right nor did he acknowledge the bad experience I had. I was very disappointed and it was a waste of time and money. Not to mention I had to restart the process of finding a hairstylist. Everyone there was genuinely kind and enjoyable to talk to, so I am not saying this to be spiteful but simply to warn other brides who may be considering this salon. It is definitely possible that it was just my particular stylist as she did not seen to be as experienced as some of the other ladies, but I wish they had at least tried to make it right. My venue manager said many other brides have gone there and have had great experiences. So all in all, other brides: make sure you don't leave without 100% loving your hair! I was too much of a people pleaser to say anything in the moment and I regret it! (I'm attaching the photo of what I asked for vs how my hair looked for reference).

I am a long time client. I’ve never been disappointed with Bobby. He is professional, friendly and always ask me before I leave if I like my cut and style. Would not go anywhere else! I live at the Mecklenburg and Union County line and don’t mind at all going the distance for the great service and friendly atmosphere.

I went to Jack Rabbit Salon today because when my highlights and lowlights were done there was a part of hair right in front that got missed and it was grey so it really stood out. I made my appointment and assumed since there was an error that I wouldn’t be charged. There was never a mention of being charged. My stylist which is wonderful put a lowlight in that part of my hair and then washed and styled my hair. When we were finished she said I was good to go that I didn’t need to go to the registerbecause there was no chargewhich s how it should be since it wasn’t my fault and I spent my time having to go back. Well I leave and I happened to still be in the parking lot and Jack Rabbit Salon was calling me. When I answered it was the lady at the desk asking me if I was still there because Bobby wants me to come back and pay. I was livid! I have to come back and he’s so cheap he charges me! I’m on disability and every penny counts. I couldn’t believe what a lack of customer service! I was never told I had to pay. I could have gone the five minutes home and did my own hair. He’s been rude and inconsiderate before. I had a new girl wash and straighten my hair. She straightened it to the point my hair was completely damaged. I said something to Bobby about how fried it was and he said that didn’t happen in one day. Oh yes it did but he could care less. He shouldn’t be running a business with his I could care less attitude. If it weren’t for my stylist I would never go back.
