Visited service department today for an oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted warmly by the staff upon arrival. Expressed I had a scheduled appointment and let them know that my low tire presssure light came on during the week. Asked if they could please look at all four tires regarding a potential leak. I proceeded to the waiting area. I had a great experience seated comfortably and had two cups of coffee. Gina eventually came over to let me know that there was a puncture in the one tire and needed to be replaced. Gina explained that it could not be replaced due to the nature of the hole. I was grateful that Gina took the time to go over the details and had me out shortly thereafter. I highly recommend Honda of Indian Trail’s service department.

I had a schedule appt at 7am so that my car could be checked early for the issue and dealt with that day. I also had an appt scheduled at 10am and knew I would be tied up to talk to anyone for a couple hours. I don’t know how many times I called and left messages only to be ignored. I also left a message with the director of service with no response. I checked the status of my vehicle at 9am and it had not even been inspected even though my appt was at 7am. Then I was charged a diagnostic charge to have nothing fixed on my vehicle even though I paid an absurd about for a warranty which my car is still under. Was told if problem was fixed the diagnostic fee would be waived but also told that they would reset the error message and told to call back if it comes back on. So I paid $120 for a diagnostic on a car still under warranty and nothing was even done to my car. Not to mention my husband followed me the 40 miles to pick me up when I dropped it off and followed me again to pick it up. That’s 320 miles of driving to be charged and nothing done. Not happy!!!

Horrible. When I took my 2022 odyssey exl to have the oil pan replaced the employee quoted $630 plus $135 for alignment. When I went to pick up the car, the final price was $990. The service manager refused to honor the price quoted and I ended up paying $878. The employee who quoted the price was out sick. Ryan said that I was “wasting my time “ coming back to talk about the price originally quoted. This is a ripoff business. Too many lies. If they had given me the price before the repair I would have shopped around. Totally disappointed.

The customer service that I recieved on 1/31/2024 while having my vehicle serviced was next to none! Each time that, I have ever come into Honda Of IndianTrail Dealership I have never been disappointed! Mr. Warren Wiggins deserves a 10 for all hardwork and demonstrated professionalism.

WOW! Construction is complete & the new service department, waiting area, showroom is awesome… I took my odyssey in, time to replace VIP belt, due at years or mileage. Made appointment with Frank Realmuto, my service Advisor. I dropped off, picked up early afternoon. Frank, as always, went over all with me. I really appreciate Frank. He is so knowledgeable & I totally trust his advise.
