Aerial is such a pleasure to work with. We rent several cars from this location a few times per month. She is always courteous and helpful to our pilots and our staff. Highly recommend this location.

Very smooth and fast process acquiring the rental and the vehicle had no problems and was very clean. The receptionist was a very helpful person and took care everything quickly and efficiently!

I had an online reservation for a car pickup at this location, but upon arrival, they informed me that no cars were available. It would have been greatly appreciated if they had reached out to me, especially since I'm a Hertz member with all my contact information on file but she claimed they didn't have my phone number. This was an urgent rental, and I ended up wasting an hour with no vehicle to show for it. To make matters worse, the representative at the counter displayed a complete lack of interest in assisting me. Our interaction was minimal, and she neither apologized nor offered any alternatives. It was evident that she had little concern for my situation. I'm baffled as to how she maintains her job.
