I do not like to do negative reviews but when encountered with companies like these, I must speak. BEWARE!!! PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU FOLLOW THE STARS!!! Please check BBB and other reviews before signing a contract with this company. I had a remote screens patio installed August 2021. During the completion of the installation, Shawn became very rude and threatened my property, due to me not signing off on an incomplete job. Now 4 years later, the screens are not working and no one will come out to fix the issue and the warranty company that they are referring me to Renaissance Patio Product must not exist because I can never get a return call. So Beware, a $28,000 project gone to waste...
This will help to confirm why I was refusing to sign off on completed project for payment. Because if I would have signed off I would have the same issues as I am going thru now.. As owner stated "issue with remote control". That should be a simple fix....Untrue!!

We had Green Exterior Remodeling rebuild a small porch off of our deck, replace the doors of our shed and install a handrail for our front porch. As compared to a quote from a competing company, we found their price to be fair, and their service was exceptional.
Our project was completed ahead of the projected schedule and on budget. The workmanship is outstanding. Everything about working with Green Exterior Remodeling was professional and friendly.
I recommend this exceptional company without reservation!

For the most part, pleased with my experience. I would have given them 5 stars but they never came back to complete the punch list nor did I receive a return call from the PM pertaining to the punch list request (he is not very good at communication). I ended up having to adjust doors and weather sweeps on my own. Disappointing.
HUGE shout out to Dwayne who installed the screening and finish work. He went above and beyond (working until 7 pm on a Saturday night) to make sure all debris left by framers was picked up (framers made a HUGE mess), my yard was clean, and I was happy with the finished product. I recommend this company's work but you will have to hire with the expectation of trash in your yard and completing the punch list yourself.

Green Exterior Remodeling did an amazing job on my roofing and siding. Dean and the entire team were terrific. Responsive, on time, and did a fantasic job. I couldn't be happier with how my project turned out, and by how quickly they were able to finish. Their price was also very reasonable compared to the other quotes I recieved. Quality work at reasonable prices, I couldn"t ask for more.

Just had an immense Patio roof installed by Green Exterior Remodeling! It’s spectacular! Bob was my sales professional - he is knowledgeable, professional and patient and explained the process thoroughly…from start to finish everyone involved did a great job and I love my “new” patio!!

Green Exterior Remodeling added a 3 seasons room to my home. I had several "contractors" come to my home to give me quotes. The prices ranged from $97k to $15k. One "contractor" said he wasn't licensed in SC/NC but if I got the permit he would do the work. No shows, no quotes and so much more. GXR, Shaun, came to my house, I told him what I was looking for and he provided a quote. Shaun was the first person I felt wasn't going to take advantage of a widower. I was kept up to date with the project every step of the way using their portal. Questions were answered in a timely fashion. Concerns I had were addressed and I now have a beautiful 3 seasons room. I highly recommend Green Exterior Remodeling.

From the sales demo to the installers to the painter - Green Exterior Remodeling put in our Sunspace Windows, and we are so pleased with the end result. Every team member was professional and determined to make sure our expectations were met, accommodating all of our specific needs. GXR demoing my withered deck and rebuilding a solid new deck that's going to take an act of God to even make a scratch! The process was smooth; communication was open and clear, and the team was on time and built my new deck in a matter of days.

We received excellent service from Green Exterior Remodeling ! Dean was on top of the crew, and Ricardo & Darvyn got the job done! Roofing, flashing, reconstruction, decking, paint was completed in a timely manner with pride of workmanship. Whenever there was additional work needed, we were told about it in advance, so it could be taken care of knowing what the cost would be. From deposit to building materials to final payment we knew where we stood.

GXR did a stellar job helping us bring our vision to life. We were looking for additional outside living space adjacent to our screened in veranda. With their recommendation, we opted for a Renaissance Aria pergola. It provided a premium look that looks like it was integrated into the home-build itself as opposed to an after market solution. Our salesperson Dean and project manager Eric walked us through all our concerns and helped shepherd us through the entire process. True professionals. Our installer, Bob, was excellent and a true craftsman. We couldn’t be happier with the final result. I hope the opportunity arises for us to work with this team again. A++++
