I payed $700.00 to get my vehicle repaired and at my brothers birthday it broke down. They refused to fix it. The car set for years and they continuously stated they were backed up and couldn’t fix it. The vehicle was never fixed. I decided it was a total loss, with this company.

Extremely disappointing. I have done a ton of business with Goose Creek. While my wife’s Mercedes was in their garage, a rodent ate through the convertible top. Scotty, the owner, showed me the rodent intrusion on the passenger floorboard area. At that time, the hardtop was installed, so the damaged soft top was discovered after the expensive service. Even though Scotty KNOWS this damage occurred at his shop, Goose Creek has not responded to my request for a replacement top. A new top plus install is expensive. What a cheapskate and poor business practice! When a customer’s car is damaged at a repair shop, the ownership is responsible.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I took my 2008 Mercedes Benz C350 to this shop for a specific problem. I initially turned the vehicle in mid-May, they held my car here until December without any intentions of actually releasing it in December. I basically had to tell them I'm picking up the car ready or not. I had started getting Toll letters from this car even though it was in the shop all this time. When I pick it up they hand me a $5000 invoice for a list of things they supposedly do, when I took the car home, it was very blatant they did not fix things they said they did(water leak) a couple of weeks later the initial problem i took the car in for came back. I fixed the car myself after spending $35. I am thoroughly disappointed in this shop. This was highway robbery, no pun intended. I will never take any other car to this establishment.

Have a 2008 SL550 with 101k miles. Goose Creek folks are diligent, prompt and precise. The attention to detail is excellent and if there is an issue it is fixed quickly. In addition, preemptive maintenance is always brought to my attention and has saved me quite a sum by acting on it early as advised by Goose Creek. I drive 30 miles to have my vehicle repaired by Goose Creek and have never been disappointed. They stand behind their work and are great at providing consultation on how to properly care for your car.

We took our Mercedes E350 to Goose Creek Automotive for maintenance. We quickly discovered damaged to the front of the hood after Chanteau pulled the car up for us to take delivery, which was after we paid for services. Chanteau, Scott, Royce & Thomas agreed to repair damage. We did not agree because they would "touch-up" ONLY damaged area. And could not guarantee the paint would match the rest of the hood or quarter panels. We requested that they use their insurance and that we take the car to a authorized Mercedes repair center. Goose Creek declined stating their insurance deductible would be too expensive. We took our vehicle to Caldwell Collision Mercedes Benz Factory Certified Center and received an estimate for $4,119.59.

BEWARE: They damaged my Mercedes E350 while there for a general maintenance repair. Offered to repair damage - but, not with professional results. They did not want to run it thru their insurance.
