Called in and asked for an appointment. Received a call back from Melissa who was very accommodating. She did a great job on my bob. Will definitely be going back. Store was quiet and clean and very convenient to find.

OMG!! Make an appointment. Was booked two weeks out. They tell me my appointment was a different time while showing them the text confirming my appointment. Not rocket science people. So unfair this generation Finishing last Place.

Total discard client‘s hairCareless when it comes to getting knots out now I have more split ends then I came in with she ripped my hair apart instead of taking the time to get the knots out

I had an appointment with Melissa (a new client) at 3:00. When I came in I was told they would be with me in a minute to have a seat. 40 minutes later after my appointment and with no communication of them running behind or they were very sorry about my wait. I walked out after waiting 40 minutes. Now, had they called and said they were running behind maybe run some errands and be there around 4:00 that would’ve been fine but to be a new client and not having been welcomed to the salon, nice to meet you nothing, and to wait 40 minutes that is not acceptable! The customer service was awful!

Worst cut and highlighting job I have ever had. I paid 75.00 and gave at 10.00 tip in spite of my dismay to walk out of there.
