I went at 1:20 and 3:30 today on my breaks from work and both times were closed saying they will open back up at 2:00 and 4:00. This is very inconvenient seeing that both times I thought it would be open because that’s what the website says.

They will 100% lie and say it’s waaaay more expensive than it is so you load a ton of money on a virtual card. I printed and faxed 5 pages. That’s it. $50!! Granted I’ll get a refund in a week, but dude really talked me into it. It “timed out” apparently halfway so I had to spend ANOTHER $25 for a $4 fax. Just an annoying experience.

Matthew here is awesome!!!!! I sent out a package 2 weeks ago and lost the receipt with the tracking number. He checked time by time every shipment that day to try and find it, eventually he scanned an expired QR code and was able to reprint the label with the tracking label. ABOVE AND BEYOND in customer service/support. Will be using this shipping office from now on.

Lafonsa at FedEx Poplin Place Monroe is incredible!! He has helped me twice lately and has just given me wonderful service. He greets each customer when they walk in the door and finds out how he can help them and he really means it. FedEx is very lucky to have him!

This place is awesome and always takes care of my shipping/packing needs. As an eBay seller, it is much cheaper to use FedEx packing plus services rather than buy my own packing and boxes. This store will pack and box most any item with great attention to detail, and they always over pack to prevent damages in shipping. The pricing is always reasonable, and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend this store.

I've used this location multiple times mostly for package drop off. They have carts that you can use if you have heavy packages. The parking lot stinks. It's not FedEx fault. Maybe they can talk to the landlord about getting more assigned parking as quite a few times I have to hike it to bring a giant box there. I've used them to make copies and they were helpful and not too expensive. It's a standard FedEx store

I'm just curious how hard it is for your drivers to stay in the driveway and not run half the truck off through the yard to turn around? I have a circle drive for a reason yet the drivers feel the need to run off through the yard no matter which way they come around.
