Definitely recommend this shop. Matt and the team are experts when it comes to European cars. Had my M235i here for multiple oil changes and brought it in back in December to do Rod bearings. Awesome team and Matt knows his BMWs!

Matt seems like a knowledgeable and good mechanic but he surrounded himself with low standard technicians. Poor quality control and attention to detail on a simple job. Was hoping for more given the reputation, and recommendations I was given.

I brought Matt, the owner of EuroMPire, my bmw m3 from Houston texas (1000 miles away) and paid upfront plus an additional $400 tip in cash for reassurance- for him to have my car converted from smg to manual. Matt had assured me that it would be a factory finish conversion… Matt then kept the car for over 3 months with little to no communication- when he finally stated that the car would be done the Friday following his message- I waiting until the next Monday to leave texas to pick up my car. When I arrived in Atlanta I informed Matt that I was 2 hours away… when I got to the shop they had only just started working on the car and I had to stay in a hotel for 3 more days waiting for the completion of my vehicle. Upon delivery of my vehicle- the differential was missing a mounting bolt that was supposed to be replaced- also the entire car was covered in dirty oily finger prints in and out. The car only operated for 1,730 miles until the clutch/ transmission malfunctioned and left the car stuck on side of road. Upon lifting the car it was discovered that none of the one time use bolts were replaced on the aluminum brace plate and were all only hand tight, it gets worse… the car was missing 3 of the 13 bolts holding engine to transmission, wires left dangling under the car… dents all along the body lines where he had replaced window seals.. it goes on. Matt blamed his technicians that worked on the car and stated that he never checked my car before returning it to me.he also stated that he terminated the technician responsible and offered a refund for all of the labor hours- he was already supposed to refund me $400 for parts I had provided but he never followed through with either. This Matt Schaedler does NOT know how to operate professionally and should have no business working on people’s vehicles. His lack of correspondence and unprofessional ethic is unacceptable. I am now pursuing legal matters as Matt and euro m pire have destroyed my car in and out after paying more than $5,000 up front and entrusting Matt and his team after he assured me he was the man for the taskNow 8 months later my car is still left inoperable and still no fulfillment of any of Matt’s promises to make things right. I hope Matt will learn from his mistakes and wrongdoings once my attorney is through with himService: Transmission

I reached out to Matt at EuroMPire starting in Feb of 2023 via call, email and text based on a referral. It took till March 31st to get a return call and he said based on volume he couldn’t take my car in till April 25th.So I set up an appointment to complete an oil change, alignment, Master Cylinder upgrade head light leveling and find out why the car has a small shake from 60-70 mph. I drop the car off everything is good he tells me he will also give the car an overview to see if anything else is wrong.I don’t hear anything for a week I reach out on May 1st to get an update and he said the parts got there Friday and they will start as soon as the tech finishes another car. May 4th, I follow up and ask how it’s coming a long and hear nothing. May 5th comes I don’t hear anything I reach out and no answer to call or text, he responds the oil change is done MC is almost done but his tech called out, for the vibration they haven’t checked but want to start with tire balancing which was done prior to this appointment.May 8th, he tells me the thrust rods are worn and need replaced, seems odd to me since the control arms where replaced not long ago.May 11th no update so I reach out and he tells me they are running into an issue with the caliper locking up and will trouble shoot.May 12th, I follow up and asked if they had it resolved, no response so I follow up again on May 16th for an update and he tells me he takes his first vacation in 8 years. Car is now back on the lift and they are flushing the line out saying there is little fluid movement and doing an ABS bleed as the fluid looks contaminated. Given the brake job I’m not sure how? He tells me they haven’t test driven the car yet to confirm the vibration is gone.May 18th, he reaches out and tells me the stainless-steel brake line is crushed. Where was the overview? I sent him the link for the replacement and he tells me he looked at them and it would take a few days to get there so he’s sourcing a custom one.May 23rd, no response, I give another day I tried calling and a text and had enough, he says the brake line is all good they will test drive it tomorrow for the vibration but now they are getting a vibration from the rotors he explains they warped the rotors. He thinks he has a set of spare rotors like mine laying around and will give them to me.I asked what he’s been doing for 3 days and he explains they didn’t have a lift are covered by big jobs and the tech called out again.May 25th comes and I’m done I ask if there is any progress no response for 3 hours, no answer when I call, no answer when my wife calls. I text him I’m coming to get it, and he instantly responds telling me give him a few hours, I said no I’m coming now I’ll be there in 40 MIN and I want the original parts.Now he tells me the reinstalled the original thrust rods because it didn’t change anything. I tell him the tow truck is coming with me. He tells me I don’t need that (never mind the warped rotors I guess? ) In the 40 min I take to get there the car is back together, the tech is tightening the wheels as I get there. My car which was spotless when I dropped it off looks like a bomb went off.I get 1 mile down the road in rush hour the brakes don’t feel right, not tighter like I expect but wrong very soft. I get close to 485 and the steering wheel starts shaking, by the time I get to 40 MPH its volant then the shifter starts shaking.I text Matt the car broke down and send him the videos, he asks if it’s only while braking, which it’s not it’s while trying to simply drive straight. No concern from him.Prior to picking up the car I thought based on the referral he’s probably a good mechanic and a bad owner that needs an office manager. No, this work is terrible and dangerous, I would never let me wife drive a car they work on. Stay away, don’t trust them, the thrust rod suddenly being put back to original is way too fishy. I've also come to learn this experience is happening to a lot of folks.

Matt and the guys at Eurompire took great care of my F82 M4. They did a great job replacing the top mount intercooler and spark plugs. Car was also finished earlier than the anticipated finish time. Awesome service, couldn’t be happier.

My 2008 E88 135 daily driver (188k miles) was in need of several gasket replacements, and intake media blast among other things in December 2022. I'm the original owner and have typically gone to the dealer for all maintenance. Going to an independent shop was a big leap of faith for me. Matt and his team lived up to everything I had heard and read. Clear estimates, easy to communicate/ coordinate with and is realistic on schedule commitments. Being less expensive than the dealer was not going to be enough to make this be the right decision for me. I would not hesitate to have work done again in the future (although I hope it's not for a while).Service: General repairs & maintenance

Matt and the team were truly amazing and got my car in and out quickly, while properly diagnosing the problem that another shop had misdiagnosed! My car is running smooth again and I could not be happier or feel more safe. They are very honest, do exceptional work, and they do it in a timely manner. They kept me updated on the repairs and sent pics as well. They are highly trained and well knowledgeable on foreign cars which is a breathe of fresh air. I drove to see family over the holiday and while I was there I was experiencing car troubles. My sisters friend had recommended EuroMpire and they didn’t disappoint! They got me in over the holiday and fixed my brake issue fast and had me back on the road! Very professional and efficient. Highly recommend.
