Definitely a great gym, no doubt about it. John and Jeff keep this place up and running great. Best gym in town without a doubt.

There is a place on 41st Ave. in Capitola that has unfortunately became one of the worst fitness clubs. I have ever belonged to in my 50 years of going to Spas, this place is state of the art!!
