I bought a car 2 hours away from home, and it broke down halfway. After many failed attempts at trying to find a company to tow me an hour home, I called DSK and had a great experience. The nicest man I've ever called for getting a tow. Will be my go-to from now on in the area.

I just had my car towed by this service. He took the keys out of my hand loaded my car on the bed. Did not give me chance to get my belongs out of the car. Did not ask me where I would like my car towed to and drove away. If I did not flag them down as they were circling around I would have not known where they were towing my car to. This is when he handed me a card on where to find my car and told me that it would be $400 and left me standing in the rain with no transportation and to make sure that I would be OK. This is the first dealing I ever had with a tow service being nasty and disrespectful.

Should you EVER need assistance, whether on the side of the road, vulnerable, broken down, locked out, if it's for elderly loved ones, or teen drivers, or yourself in a situation, KEEP THIS NUMBER.I was locked out of my car at Walmart a few months ago, Don Keziah came directly over to help us. [As he has each time we've needed him].Just yesterday we came out of Food Lion to see my friend in the parking lot, her truck door wouldn't open. Her basket was filled with groceries, she had grandkids waiting at home for her. She started calling to plead for help, getting voice mails and turn downs.I called Lee, asked him to help her.He came right over, as he has many times prior for my family.He worked diligently till her door opened and she was on her way. Something I find important, he and Don have kind, gentle spirits when arriving, also while assisting.When he opened the car door for my young nephew, Bennett late at night, he treated Bennett with respect... ? . He's also helped Samantha, my niece, with towing, he's moved buildings for us....They're not only kind, but also extremely knowledgeable and skilled at what they do.Just to say, this is a reliable, trustworthy & caring company. I'd trust either of these men with my mother or child in the car and that's saying so much.Sometimes, you see a post and soon after have a need for it. Hope if you do, you remember Don Keziah and Lee Starnes & this company . Two men who are wonderful at what they do. Was told they could help me tow my vehicle once rain lightens up only to receive a call saying they won’t tow my vehicle because of location? Vehicle starts up and is able to move making it safer to load up but they didn’t care
